Song Interpretation |
---|
Dave said in an interview with Flex Magazine that the song is written purposely ambiguous, inspired by the songwriting skills of Bob Marley. To him, the song is about the perils suffered by America after the Terrorist actions in September 2001, but it can be interpreted without knowing the intentional ambiguity as a love/devotion song. |
