| The 04/03/91 show floating around out there is a compilation of different venues. This was long-though to be the first show ever performed by DMB. Boyd “guest starred” at the show. In DMB lore, the first song is thought to be Recently, followed by Watchtower and Exodus. But there is very little proof to any of the songs, or their order. An canonical tale says Dave once mentioned in an interview in the early 1990's that the first time they ever played live, they played an original tune, and everyone was dancing. The quote and interview, however, appear to be lost to time. Those 3 were more than likely performed, but we truly don’t know for sure, so for now the set list remains unknown. | ||||||
