Had fun at this one. Not as good as N1 but the bands energy was on fire.

Strong show all around. Band was in good form. Weather was perfect and the Gorge crowd was amped up as usual. Happy that that Warren only guested on 1 song. Cortez is played out and Warren seems to only know one trick. Pig encore was nice treat.

We sat just below the lawn. Once again, incredible experience, killer setlist, and a breathtaking view.

Dave's vocals were on point tonight. As you all know, the ol voice can get strained and gravely these days. However, none of that. Bayou was a great opener. Dave shredded vocals on Too Much and set the tone for some great energy throughout the show. While I've heard Cortez a ton, seeing it live and at The Gorge is something that can't really be over-praised. Warren really went all out. Pig was nice as part of the encore and took on special meaning at The Gorge ("I feel as small as dust lying down here"). I've got You Never Know a bunch lately, so a bit spoiled with it, but still great. The old Bartender (aka Boulder CO DVD) has a special place in my fandom, and this wasn't that, but it DEFINITELY held its own. Lover Lay Down is an amazing song, that I don't get as often as I'd like, but the sound system down front is so bass heavy it kind of takes over the lower key songs. Grey St isn't a personal favorite as a closer, but it was charged up tonight and the crowd was feeling it. All in all, maybe a slightly better show (imo) than N1, but its so close, its up to you.

I predicted Cortez The Killer. You Never Know was a nice surprise. Got to the show early enough to see some Gov't Mule. Jeremy and Amanda showed up for nights 2 and 3

Saturday night at the Gorge is always set for a certain target audience. I predicted Grey Street for the encore. Pig was nice. Cortez was definitely the highlight of my night.

First full band Bartender in 8 years! First full band Grace Is Gone in 7 years! Cortez w/Warren! And then after all that a classic Ants to close the main set and Pig/Grey Street encore? Wow.

Had been chasing Big Eyed Fish for a long time and always wanted to witness Cortez the Killer... Both achieved! They even started the show with Louisana Bayou.

I sold beer for a non profit there this year and i was up on top of the bowl in the left corner if you are looking at the stage!! I had a perfect view of the show and meet tons of amazing people!!! I hope we entertained you!! Slower song night like most saturdays at the gorge but every song was great!!!
