One of the best Dave Shows...loved the acoustic set. Ending with Pig was great. Great variety, but I would have loved to hear more old stuff.

Very hot night in KC. First time back to Sandstone in a while for DMB. Highlights for me were the Save Me set 2 opener, The Dreaming Tree, and the Pig closer was fantastic. Very good Warehouse reserved seats behind the pit

WOW! 110 degrees with heat index but the band tore it up. Amazing setlist!! Pit was packed and seeing the band scrapped You Might Die Trying for Pig was A++++++. Got a setlist too.

Didn't get the full DMB stage setup...but it didn't matter because the night became all about the music early on, and the lights didn't matter

Good energy all night. Set was pretty solid for a venue they haven't played at in eight years. Might be the best 'Crush' I've ever heard.

Show was kinda mellow, but it was hot AF and the venue is terrible.

I wish I could throw a 5 star rating out there but Sandstone's (Cricket Wireless') front gate operation was a joke. Those of us who didn't have the option to print tickets upon purchase had to wait in a line of hundreds of people with TWO ticket window open. It was sooooo slow moving and made the lame people around me grumpy. I also missed the first two songs and didn't get to fully enjoy Bartender which I will forever blame Sandstone for. There were hundreds of people behind me in that line. I imagine they missed the whole first set.
The show, however, was great! My 10th and my fiancé's first; she loved them and we had such a good time.
Two Step --> Jane acoustic was nice.
Save Me with the Lovely Ladies was a good start to the second set but in my opinion the vibe got lost until Burning Down the House brought down the house. That went into the best Everyday I've ever heard! Love those Lovely Ladies and it's such a good song for crowd participation. Textbook A+ DMB moment.
Jimi Thing felt like 15 minutes of jammy-awesomesauce.
Anyone Seen the Bridge was perfect after a well done So Much to Say. The fake Too Much that ended up being Ants was my favorite part of the show. Absolutely loved it!
Ending with a solid Space Between and Pig felt like a great ending.
I see on their FB profile that the show was going to end with You Might Die Trying but was scratched last minute to make room for Pig. Kinda bummed we didn't get YMDT since it is so nasty live but props to the people by us with Pig signs. Apparently DMB is still cool enough to take requests!
Great show, great time. Thanks DMB!

Great show. First time for me hearing DMB in Bonner Springs. The band, the Lovely Ladies, guest Nicholas Peyton on trumpet were all good. Setlist had some songs not as familiar but still well played. Encore seemed rushed or not quite tuned but crowd pleased to hear Pig. I know I saw signs for it in the pit.

First off, the venue has really gone downhill, and I don't look for the band to play here again. It's old and doesn't have the facilities to handle such a large crowd. Security was horrible, holding up people trying to get to their seats to see the acoustic set. However, I won't downgrade the show because the band had nothing to do with that. It was hotter than Hades, but the band seemed to feed off the heat. Seemed to be a good energetic crowd. The set list far exceeded my expectations. I agree with a previous review that there was a lull until Burning Down the House. From then on, the electric set was amazing. It was my first show with the Lovely Ladies and Whiter Shade, Sweet, Write a song, Captain, and Pig. I'm so glad they ditched YMDT, and gave the audience what they wanted, Pig! Thank you for an unforgettable evening, DMB!
