This was my first DMB-show (after listening to a lot of live trax & bootlegs ofcourse).

I really wanted to bring my new canon 5D-camera with me, but i did not because the risk of getting caught is usually very high as they are very strict on this matter in Belgium (searching through bags, searching on your body, ...). I regretted this when i arrived at the music hall: you could have taken a professional video camera inside if you wanted...

I had tickets for the first block next to the stage, the second row. But when we arrived at our block, it was closed. We heared from the organisation that only half of the tickets sold, and to make things look better they moved the stage towards the center of the hall... We got new tickets but this time higher up, which meant that part of the stage-view was blocked: we couldn't see Rashawn and Jeff. But hey, we're here for the music!

Alberta Cross wasn't bad, but i was glad it was over, because i knew that the dmb-show would be a long one.
The show started off with an amazing Tim on Proudest Monkey, which was one of the highlights for me!
Seven and Funny the way it is are really great live. I really enjoyed them.
The main highlight of the show was 41. Jeff blew the roof off!
Everyday was really nice too, although not many people sang along...
Lying in the Hands of god was the only low of the night. it took way too long to end the song and was, to me, kind of boring...

Baby blue started off great, but was interupted by a real fight on the first row on the floor, almost right in front of dave. Dave couldn't believe what he saw and stopped the song and waited untill security handled everything. IMO dave reacted very cool to this. he only said something about it right before Watchtower when he thanked everybody exept those few fools at the front.

After the main set and after Watchtower Carter handed out a LOT of drumsticks. At least 30 to 40 drumsticks, really! Allmost all of them were new and unused sticks, which makes it less cool for the ones who get one.
(Maybe Carter just has some shares from that drumstick-factory, or maybe the ticket said that everyone at the show has a 50% chance of getting a drumstick :-) )

To sum it up: a very very good show. And i was really impressed by Dave, Carter and Jeff. I don't know how long the show was, but i think at must have been around 2:45.

Crowd sat down for majority of show. Someone in front row interrupted Dave. Candy vendors were present... Good show!

Second show in a row. Venue too big for DMB, half packed. But nice one, great sound !
