This show was terrible, both setlist-wise and performance-wise. None of the soloists seemed to be on at all. Crush and SUAD were both excellent performances but everything else was mediocre at best. They just weren't feeling it that night. For my first show, I expected a lot better. Had I not gone the next night and been blown away, chances are I wouldn't be as big of a fan as I am now.

first dave show ever. set started with a lovely bang, everyday opener was phenomenal. encore was some devil and tripping billies. very good show. My dad took us and he liked it.

Very solid show. Loved Cornbread and #27. Was shocked by Sweet Up and Down! Definitely the best jammed out Crush I've ever seen. The crowd was a little subpar, but at 95 degrees, I'll give them a pass.

Fantastic!! The appearance of Sweet Up and Down blew me away! And hearing all of the new songs condensed into this set was amazing. I didn't anticipate the treat of getting to hear Idea of You, #27, Cornbread and Sister all in the same night. I only hope tonight rocks half as much as last night did!!!!!!

Let me go over a few things:
Sweet Up and Down -- Really Good, Listen to it on the way over, nice and rare.
Everything else, out of all the shows I have been to with the exception of sweet up and down, this was horrible. It was as if he was playing to the newbs (mind my web speak). I got quickly bored! Hopefully better tomorrow!
Oh, and the new Live Nation owned tweeter sucks. I attempted to bring a camera in, they told me I had to bring it to security or put it in my car (obviously the latter). So I attempted to go around to the otherside assuming the guy was giving me a hard time they gave me another hard time on the other side. I decided to bring it back to my car w/e. So then I took out my camera phone to take pics, and again, I was told I was not allowed to take pictures with a camera phone and they threatened to take away my phone! When asked when this became such a good deal they told me it was artist ordered. Does Dave not want pictures taken, while endorsing smoking at the concert? Something seems a little fishy here!

i thought this show was fucking amazing. Dave seemed really on tonight, and the band appeared to be really into it. Boyd seemed a little scratchy at some points, but that didn't matter at all. Of course sweet up and down was a nice suprise. Cornbread was another hightlight. Over all an impressive energized show. Cant wait till tomorrow

The hot weather had to be really tough on the band, and they cut things short as a result. Sweet up and Down was great to hear and #27 and Cornbread were particular highlights for me.
Not the best show I have seen from the band, but always fun. Let's see what N2 brings.

Show was a little on the short side (only 2:25 including the 10 minute encore break) and I shudder to think how short it would have been without the last minute Seek Up. Oh well...can't beat the first Sweet Up & Down in 7 years! Where the hell did that come from?

This was my third show ever and first full band since I've truly have become a big fan. I didn't think the set list ws that great but I still loved the show. I think Boyd owned the night. It was nice to hear IDOY, Seek Up and Some Devil. Lousiana Bayou isn't one of my favs but surprisingly it was one of the highlights of the show for me. All and all a great night and I got one more tonight I'm looking forward too.

Honestly not one of the better set-lists. Too much new stuff for one sitting. Given how good the show was the next night, this was mediocre at best. Plus the version of "Don't Drink the Water" was not that great.

WOW!!!!! SWEET UP AND DOWN!!!!! Been waiting a LONG time for that one. Awesome energy throughout every song. Only 2 songs for bathroom break. Xavier Rudd assisting with Didjeridoo on DDTW was amazing.

Here is an accurate review of the show from someone who has been to many...
This was a solid show... the heat and humidity made everyone's night (seemingly including the band) very uncomfortable, which I assume is the reason for the short set.
Even though it was hot, the band had a lot of energy tonight, SUAD was re-arranged a bit from 7 years ago and sounded amazing. I think we will be hearing this song again in the near future as the band seemed really excited to be bringing it back My first time hearing cornbread w/ the band - what a difference the beat makes! Great song. New outro on YMDT, sounded better than normal. Grey Street was good as usual. #27 is another good new one, kind of slow and bland... not sure if this will be a winner with the fans, but this is another one that sounded MUCH better with the full band. Rudd played the digery-due (sorry bout my spelling) on DDTW - I was not into it and felt that he was off key the whole time and ruined the song. Boyd was ON tonight with Bayou, Seek Up, & crush (outro on Crush was awesome tonight thanks to some new sounding riffs from BT.) Sister sounded GREAT with the guys doing the harmonies! Everything else was pretty standard, but all in all a really good show. Looking forward to tomorrow and hope it's not so f'ing hot again!

Okay. Let me preface this review by saying that I am (was) a water vendor at Tweeter center. I had worked for them for numerous shows and they did not give me a paycheck for about a month. During which, I could not make rent payments on my apartment and various other financial obligations as well. So I decided that they at least owed me a free concert. My roommate Curtis and I decided to go over and tailgate which was a blast. Then we dressed up in vendor clothing and snuck into the show. It was easy, nobody but some old dude guarding the employee entrance. So anyway, we got in and the show was mediocre at best. Sweet Up And Down debut after 7 years was great. New tunes, especially Cornbread sound great. Of course I would try this again the following night, night 2 with very different results...

Dave was Great and so talkative it was hard to believe they could stand the heat on stage with the temperatures as high as they were..BUT the band gave a GREAT performance. The fans werent as alive as other shows. It was strange to see people siting! How could ANYONE not be up and dancing at a DMB concert???

SWEET UP AND DOWN! Took a few seconds to realize what was happening but that was a real treat! Slow start but loved both of the new songs, #27 and especially Corn Bread which may have been my favortite song of the night if you don't consider that SUAD hasn't been played in what? 7 years? Late set Seek up was also a nice surprise. didn't hear the #40 tease.

awful. parking lot was no shakedown street - but rather reminiscent of a college football tailgate. ruined the pre-show vibe for me. dave seemed overheated -- taken away by the heat wave hitting philly. i was so disappointed with the show, i bailed on tonight's concert. the set list was meteocre. the show itself was short. jamless. some devil, solo from dave, was verbatim from the album. tripping billies, closing encore performance, was the weakest live billies i've ever seen -- in all of my 18 shows. this was, by far, the most pitiful dmb concert.

Everytime I head up to Camden to see this band, I am blown away. Last night was one of the best times I've had at a show in years. Show #36 for me might not have had the best setlist, but the energy level from the band and the crowd was unbelievable. That's why I enjoy Camden so much, because the people up there know how to have a good time, and the band is well aware of this. Highlites include: DDTW with Xavier Rudd. WOW! What a nice sound to add to that song. Without a doubt the best version I've heard so far. Other good ones were: Seek Up, Louisiana Bayou, Stay, Crush, and Cornbread. That song is going to be real good. I listened to the D+T versions (which were awesome), and it sounds really great with the band. The song rolls all the way through and you can't help but groove to it. Song of the night, no doubt..Sweet Up and Down. I went nuts when I heard the opening licks. Besides that, I realized that fans should not be so concerned with the setlists, because DMB plays their hearts out on every song, and that's all that matters. They love it! Having your heart set on a specific song will only ruin a great time if you let it, just enjoy the music, that's what it's all about. See everyone in Bristow, VA at the stone ridge on Saturday, if the crowd's anything like last year's, during that huge rain storm, it's going to be a blast. Can't wait.

This being my first show it was awesome! It started off great with Everyday and ended with a sweet Tripping Billies. When The World Ends and YMDT were also real good. Crush was great but Boyd was a little squeaky during his solo. Dont Drink The Water was awesome. Xavier Rudd added a new dimension to it with the Dijeridoo. Finally, being able to see the return of Sweet Up and Down was a great feeling. I was only mad that the concert was short, only an hour and 55 mintues. I kind of wish i had gone to night two instead. But overall it was AMAZING!
