Best seats ever me personally. And a great setlist tonight to boot. Nice Seek Up-Satellite opener and Shotgun - Maker was a nice combo. Nancies-->Warehouse was reminiscent of old faithful 1-2's. Some Devil was a real treat in the encore and I was NOT expecting a Watchtower. Having fun on the tour so far!

This was my second show and it was absolutly adrenalating. Tail gating at the Mercury was out of control. Weather was ideal. us on the lawn could even see the stars befor the smoke clouded them over. No one could have asked for a better set list. Their was not one song that the band played that lost my attention. The new stuff had that old school Jam feel with great learics in #27 and Cornbread. Shot gun has come off the shellf, ("buyakasha!!") and it is refined and better than befor with a new intro, bridge and lyrics. "The Idea of you" is still under lyrical change and this version seems to be more about puppy love than an old man with his eye on a school girl. X Rudd pleased the crowed with his insaine 60000 year old log that he made sound like a synthasizer, but way cooler, with his intro to Bartender (Belongs on Best of Whats Around Vol. 2). Crowd endergy was great. Stefan Lead the Warehouse "woo's" with fist pumps, and everyone was singing Everyday intro. It was cool to part of something so big like that. Everyone comming to gether to not only listen but take part in great music. The Encore was worth the wait. Some Devil had that unique eri bittersweet feeling, Dave went ape shit skreeming on American Baby intro and Stefan's solo befor All Along the watchtower was discustingly awsome. My first watchtower was jamin and was the perfect ending to an already complete day. The Band was tight from Seek Up to Watchtower and had great energy. Boyde was crazzy all over the stage with his solos especialy on Dancing Nancies. Leroi had soul and Rashawn was hitin high on Warehouse. Carter's drumming was tight as always and solo was rocking, and Stefan didn't miss a beat and was great with the crowd. Thank you DMB.

this show was absolutely amazing. seek up as an opener was awesome. the show definitely slowed down after that, but picked up again once bartender was played. the back half of the show was unreal. it honestly seemed like i was dreaming when i heard dancing nancies, then knew that warehouse was coming. slowed it down a bit with so much to say, then got everyday into ants marching. as if that wasn't enough i finally got to hear ABI into Watchtower. I have never had so much fun in my life. This show ROCKED.

Amazing. My first show and one of the best concerts I have ever seen. Not only was the band in tight form but the commune of people at the show was amazing. Never have I been to a show where everyone was so connected and felt so strongly about the music being played. I will surely be attending many, many more shows in the future. Amazing night. Highlights for me were The Idea of You and The Maker. Can't believe it, but we missed the Seek Up opener due to the long lines getting in... but at least we got to hear it at the Tweeter. Good seats, but I'm pretty sure the tallest people in the world were standing in front of me. All in all, I had a great time and loved the three song encore.
Can't wait until next year.

Fourth show of the tour, my fourth show of the year. Last New England show of the year. Great, great show. Loved Shotgun. Hadn't heard it since early last summer. It's evolved and it's even better and I love it more. "Watching the world on tv." The riff is so addictive. Love it! You Ain't Never Had My Cornbread!!!!! I love how that one's evolving, too. Thanks for a great Warehouse. Whoooooooooo! Some Devil with Dave's voice spot on was phenomenal. Another one that was supposedly on the setlist but not played earlier in the week. American Baby Intro is definately in my top 10 DMB songs. I love how dark it is. Excellent in the encore. I hadn't heard Watchtower in a few years and it was a great set closer. Thanks for 4 great great shows.

What a great end to the Hartford shows. Seek up was a great opener, and all night the band had a lot of energy. Shotgun, The Maker, and Some Devil were nice surprises, and Warehouse/ Ants Marching/ Watchtower were all highlights. Love the new songs The Idea of You, Cornbread, #27. Fantastic show.

Another great show, and a good long one too. The band had fun, took some chances, and showed great energy and creativity. A lot of new and newer stuff, and a lot of classic stuff. Highlights included the Seek Up opener, #27 (Dave said they were thinking of naming this one after the refrain, which my ears hear as "hope you'll be by me then"), Idea of You, Shotgun, Nancies-->Warehouse, Ants, and the great encore with the surprise Some Devil, followed by ABI and Watchtower. They flubbed the Bridge jam transition into Too Much, but I'm glad to see them taking chances, even if it falls flat sometimes. It was mostly Boyd's night for solos, but Rashawn did some tasty interpolations throughout the night for the well-versed. And Dave was hilarious talking about his new pair of jeans...

Compared to Sat PM, which had a mid-set drop in energy, this concert had energy that progressively increased from beginning to end. Seek Up opened, which I absolutely love (I was at the amazing version of it on 27Aug00 - Live Trax Vol. 3). But my date was bs-ing to someone from her HS, and it caused us to miss the first 5 min of the show, so I was thoroughly pissed. But Satellite and WAYG mellowed me out and I tried to get back into the groove. Then came the jam for ASTB, which was funky, but it felt strange without SMTS to kick it off. TM was fun, but the slow part w/ Rashawn and Leroi was the slowest I’ve heard. This is where the night really started for me: Shotgun and The Maker. I felt really lucky to experience them back-to-back live. Bartender was great, but I didn’t think Xavier fit-in as well as Sat PM w/ DDTW, and I always love Leroi’s pennywhistle outro. Oh, and at some point we heard “If I Only Had a Brain” thrown into a song… And Nancies into Warehouse!?! Woo Hoo – it feels like Central Park all over again! I absolutely loved doing the cha cha with my date (I haven’t done that sine Jul04). Then we got SMTS – Everyday – Ants & all of us were so amped by this point. The Dave solo for Some Devil was cool, & ABI absolutely rocked. I had a feeling they were setting us up, & when Stefan started his solo I knew we were gonna get AATW. Dave started off & I was like, “OMG! Dude, this is just like Central Park… again!” So the weekend ended on the highest note, “And the thief, he said, FIRE!!!” On paper N2 might appear better than N1, but both nights had high-energy & THREE-song encores, & like Dave once said, “My Mind is Blown”.

Amazing! There was so much energy! The setlist was very solid, and Dave's Voice was on point a great deal of the time. The transition into Too Much wasnt that great, but never the less the band made up for it with a lot of energy. ABI was crazy and All Along The Watchtower was just great. The crowd from this night seemed a little bit more into it. I couldnt stop dancing all night!

Amazing. I've seen the last three at the Meadows and this was the best. Seek Up was awesome as an opener. All the new songs sound amazing, especially Corn Bread, what a funky tune. Shotgun returning was sick. Bartender w/ Xavier was fantastic. And the end run of the show absolutely blew me away: Bartender, Nancies, Warehouse, SMTS, Everday, Ants. Unreal encore of Some Devil, ABI, and Watchtower. They brought it tonight, performances and energy were out of this world.

If Mansfield was my home venue I would be soooo pissed! DMB was like the DMB of old tonight. Seek Up opener was fantastic! Got to hear #27 (Hope You'll Be By Me Then), Cornbread, and IOY again. Dave invited Xavier Rudd out to play Bartender. I love that song but Rudd just didn't do it for me. I felt like he contributed practically nothing to the song. THIS IS THE POINT WHERE THE SHOW WENT FROM DECENT TO INCREDIBLE. Dancing Nancies was great even though Dave kept the original "lost somewhere in Paris" line. When Nancies was ending everyone around us was wondering what he would play. I said they might play Warehouse, but if they do they'll go right into it from Nancies. Sure enough, they did and the crowd erupted!! By the way, not like he is ever mellow, but Boyd was out of control tonight! SMTS isn't my favorite tune, but I enjoyed that they broke up the typical SMTS>ASTB>Too Much. #36/Everyday was great with the whole crowd singing along. ANTS set closer, which was just perfect. After that great 6 song run, the crowd was buzzing during the encore break. I saw Dave bring out the electric and I knew he was going to play Some Devil (he intended to play it N2 in Mansfield). ABI!!! Love it! IMO, the best overall piece of music on Stand Up. Dave screaming "SHE SAID!!!" was unbelievable. Stefan played a funky intro that went into Watchtower! The crowd loved it and Dave ended it with the same "FIRE!!" he did at Central Park. Overall, the best show I've been to by far. GREAT JOB DMB!!!

Great show. A lot of energy. Not a huge fan of the latest album, so this setlist was awesome. Big DMB fan, but not been to a lot o fshows. Only other show was early 2000 at Hartford and sat in the lawn... never again for DMB show. Nice to enjoy the show from decent seats. Some devil was easily one of the highlights for me. One of my favvs and to see it live was special.

Good show. Lots of the same with a few twists thrown in. Just always nice to see the boys back in town. I must also add that i am a bit concerned with what seems to be every year no matter where we go to see the band more and more people puking and passing out. While leaving the venues it has the feel of taking a stroll through a garbage dump. The day is going to come when cities will refuse to have the band back because of the people who could give two shits less about throwing there trash everywhere. A little advice for those who do this... when you are packing your beer in your coolers put a box of trash bags in your car as well. The Dead had this same problem back in the 80s at many venues and were not allowed to return. So for those of you who only care about yourselves keep up the good work ruining it for those of us who really enjoy seeing the band.

Totally awesome show, the best of the 4 I've seen. The band was so ON tonight. Seek Up as opener was excellent. Maker was real nice. Xavier Rudd on Bartender was SO SWEET - this Bartender rocked my soul. Nancies-->Warehouse was probably the best thing ever, since they are some of my favorite songs... Warehouse was nasty (in a good way). AB Intro was very intense and dark, leading into an insane Watchtower to end the show. Too bad for the faulty ASTB-->Too Much transition. Also, I must say, the placement of "So Much to Say" in this setlist is very random and pretty stupid I think. Anyways... I think this show could maybe get an official release? At least, it's a good candidate. Anyone agree?

This was the show that made me the more diehard Ant that I am today. This was the second show in a row that I got Seek Up, now one of my favorite tunes, and I still didn't know it all that well. I clearly didn't learn from N2 in 2006. The Idea of You was sounding great, and the return of Shotgun was certainly worth getting worked up over. A Dave solo Some Devil was a big surprise to open up the encore, and an epic one-two punch of American Baby Intro and All Along the Watchtower (still love the FIRE! outro) to close were very nice.

Great Show! Xavier helping out on Bartender was sweet! I was hoping to hear it and that made it extra tasty. I could have done without "Where are you Going"- I'm really tired of it, and I'm getting to feel the same for Watchtower. Loved "The Maker", Warehouse, and thinking about Dave shouting out "SHE SAID" during ABI still gives me shivers a week later! UNREAL.

Dude, you probably don't remember me, i am one of 1,000 people you fell into or slammed into while you and the rest of your drunk "posse" were stumbling around like a bunch of morons. I know it's hard to navigate through a crowd when you are getting dragged around by your equally trashed friends cause you can't walk on your own two feet, but seriously.. either learn how to hold your liquor.. or lay off the beer pong (Beruit). Better yet, here's an idea: Don't borrow your parent's Jeep Cherokee, stay home, steal more of your father's booze or your moms pills, invite those dudes over who were carrying you around and those chicks who were shouting into their cell phones all night, put in a CD and have your party there...save 75.00 bucks and spare those of us who can remember that they were actually AT a show from having to put up with you idiots.
