My wife and I thought it was phenom. Seek Up was a great surprise, first #41 of the tour with the Warren Haynes shredding was A list and the Rapunzel finale all made for a great show (nice to walk back to the hotel afterward as well).

terrible idea to have Fridays show start at 9:15 and Saturdays at 8:15. missed SMTS cause i was sitting in my car thinking i had plenty of time. ASTB was sick and longer than usual, too much was awesome as always. Seek Up was a surprise, and dave didnt fuck up the lyrics ike he usual does. Right before WTWE, dave said they were going to release the song as a single but because of 9/11 they were told it couldnt be played on the radio. Carters intro to Say Goodbye was the best i ever heard, a lot longer than usual. Last Stop was sick, sounded like they kinda fucked it up toward the end. Digging a Ditch gave me chills. Then Carter runs off stage and the rest of the band is sitting there wondering what to do. Dave plays Sister because of this, and the rest of the band goes off stage. After sister, Stefan strums Cant Stop. sick version, had an extra section that was missing the first night. Warren Haynes is introduced. I couldnt believe they went into 41, first time all tour. Dave Fucked up the lyrics on the last verse (he fucked up a ton of lyrics between the two nights...doesnt he have a teleprompter??) Haynes' solo was ridiculous, Carter kept that shit rollin for a quite awhile, even after the stupid everyday part at the end. The Idea of You started off with some different chords by Dave, this song sounded weird both nights, not sure if it was the sound of the venue or they just dont have it dialed in yet. Bayou was standard and predictable, dave fucked up the timing on the second and third verse. idiot. SAWG was nice to hear, hadnt heard it since Red Rocks, Dave went wild at the end. PNP>Rapunzel to close show, great jam at the end. was hoping for Billies hear but it was great to hear something other than two step. Overall great two nights, Dave just needs to remember the friggin words.

Overall an excellent show. Say Goodbye, Last Stop, and 41 were definitely the highlights. New songs are pretty decent, but I could have gone for 2-3 new ones instead of 4 and it would have been nice to hear DDTW or BOWA (or anything from Under the Table), but can't complain. Great setlist and the band, especially Carter, was really energized. The crowd in the lawn seemed a lot more concerned with getting f*cked up than what the band was doing.

Great show. SMTS was a great opener and ASTB was fantastic. Last Stop and #41 were highlights of course. All the new songs sounded very good, especially Break Free which seems to have been tweaked with over the break. Midset Sister was weird and I felt like the band lost some energy with it, but #41 picked it back up. Could have asked for a stronger encore, but I still had one hell of a time. The crowd around me was terrible. People went nuts for Crash but just stood there awkwardly during Last Stop? Bunch of people sat down during Seek Up too. Combine that with the unrelenting Two Step chants the old couple behind me were starting and I could easily say my part of the lawn sucked. Overall an 8 out of 10.

Not a good Set List. There was no Energy at this concert.

Review:
The band always sounds great of course, but this was one of the more disappointing shows I have been to. It was definitely a treat to see Warren Haynes, who I am a huge fan of, play with DMB on #41 (my favorite DMB song). The problem with the show is the fact that the majority of the songs came from the Crash album. The album is great of course, and I love it, but I would have liked to have seen more variety, maybe at least ONE song from Under the Table and Dreaming.

Bought a hat with the 41 tag cause it been a while since I heard it live. friends said I was an idiot cause he would never play and it had been like 8 months since he played it. lucky us it was the first time he played it with warren haynes one of the best versions ever played thanks dave for proving my friends wrong

We thought it was going to rain the whole show, Schmuckle wore a poncho for the occasion. So Much to Say opener was nice; Say Goodbye with flute, Last Stop was great, I liked Sister, first #41 and with Warren Haynes no less, Rapunzel closer was alright. The rest was pretty low quality (Steady as we Go, Idea of You, etc.) I'm like a junkie for these shows.

After kicking off the second leg of the tour last night, the Dave Matthews Band continues on with a set that is sure to set the beat of the rest of the tour. The energy within the set is what the band needs to kick off another summer tour run. The set was on target beginning with So Much To Say that went right into Anyone Seen the Bridge. Too Much, Seek Up, and even Crash Into Me were performed with an intensity and passion that pleased the packed crowd in the Dodge New England Music Center. Dave sprinkled some newer works in the middle of the set with Break Free, Sister, and Can’t Stop. Fans were excited to hear a tour debuted of #41- a performance that to definitively describe the set. Warren Haynes from Live from Central Park fame walked on to join the band for the performance. The set ended with typical encore selections: Pantala Naga Pampa & Rapunzel. Overall DMB walked out of Hartford with electricity in the air, as they continue on with their tour they definitely set the pace with their performance tonight.

AMAZING show. Very positive high energy throughout the whole show. The opening songs were so kickass. People need to remember that just because a song has a slower pace that doesnt make it low energy or a lesser song. It was good that they went from such a high energy point and slowly brought it down lower going back and forth between slower mellow songs and rockin songs. In my opinion The Last Stop was the highlight of the show right in the middle. They really kicked ass on that one. It is true that the encore could have had a stronger finish but i am a big fan af Rapunzel. Overall the show was fantastic!!

What a night! We stayed at the hotel where Boyd was staying and did a small favor for his manager that earned us VIP passes! We didn't meet any band members but had free drinks all night. Caught a glimpse of Boyd getting on his tour bus before the show-- he smiled and waved. This was the most fun I have ever had at a show. Great setlist, great venue, great company.

A great show. Deff top 3 of the 16 I've been to. The set was amazing. Say Goodbye and Last Stop back to back was sick (plus it was my first Last Stop). Only criticism was the encore. If the encore was a little better I would have said this was my 2nd best show, but SAWG and PNP>Rap was a little weak after the set. All in all, an A+

Ahh what a show! The best of the six I have been to. I finally got my Last Stop and it blew the roof off the Ampitheatre. What an amzing song live. I was happy with the So Much to Say opener with Bridge and Too Much to follow nice tempo maker. Seek Up was great, much better then TD Banknorth on 12-15-06. When the World Ends, Sister and Break Free were other highlights. #41 debut for the tour was amzing especially with the always unreal Warren Haynes on guitar. The encore would not have been one that I would have picked but Rapunzel had amazing energy. The best of six so far, but then again there is always 2007.

I love dmb so much but i'm gonna be honest this show wasn't good. The lawn sucks... and half of it cleared out before the encore. The energy was NEVER there at this show. Dave was off tonight... but thats no reason why this show sucked for me, it was the crowd in the stupid lawn that ruined it for me.

#41 debut with warren haynes?!?! made my summer right there. not to mention so much to say --> anyone seen the bridge? --> too much as an opener which just brought the energy way up there. then seek up...and oh yeah last stop was in the mix helll yeah. was nice and drunk, smoked my J, danced with beautiful girls. im sayin best show of the tour up to this point....

Review:
I couldn't agree more with many of the reviewers who say that Carter Beauford was on fire this night. He always impresses me, but tonight he had extra kick on his bass drums and extra punch on his symbols and snares. The whole band feeds off of his energy, and there were plenty of smiles all around. In 50 + shows, I've heard them play Last Stop a handful of times. Tonight's version was special (longer and more intense.) For all of you who complain about the venue, or drunkards, or fans not dancing like you want them to, or whatever, ignore that shit and just enjoy the music and the band for those short hours that we are in the same place at the same time together. I feel that the time I've spent at DMB concerts has been among the happiest moments of my life, despite stupid shit going on around me. It's all about the music, and the unbelievable musicians putting it out there for us.

Another good but uneven night, which makes this 2-night stand in Hartford an oddity. They came out of the gate swinging, but slowly lost energy and direction. Almost no falsetto from Dave tonight at all, and his voice was clearly shot. Song highlights for me were SMTS > TM; Seek Up; Break Free; Say Goodbye (with a Moby Dick interpolation from Carter!); Sister; The Last Stop; and #41 with Warren Haynes. Crowd and vibe were better than Night One, though, at least around us.

#41 was sick. was hopin for Cortez and was disappointed when Haynes left after just 1 song. The Last Stop was fucking amazing. No way in hell did i think theyd actually play that song. End of the nite sucked. I hate Bayou and can't Stop. really wished they played somethin like two step there. i know two step is kinda overplayed as is watchtower, but both would have been immensely better. The Stone woulda been hot or Drive In, Drive Out at the end, i mean cmon. Nothing off of UTAD pissed me off. And i really hoped they woulda played The Dreaming Tree either nite and they didnt. pissed me off. Lawn sucks, never getting lawn tickets again

I must say So Much-> Too Much opener was a great way to start things off. The WH had us front row so it was an amazing time! WTWE and Ditch again. Can't Stop both nights was A-mazing. :) Break Free is my fave new tune so I was psyched to hear that. Of course 41, Last Stop and Seek Up were my highlights as well. I could not believe it, these guys that were behind us(2nd row obviously) confirmed with the kid next to them that they were playing Seek Up. They said, "Thanks man", and left! Are you kidding me? Is this what Hartford fans are all about? I was psyched to hear it!!!

Saw both nights in Hartford. Thought this show started out with more energy from the band and the crowd, but it faded steadily during the night. I should point out that it was around 90+ degrees both nights - it seemed to me that the band was kind of pacing themselves a bit. That said, show was very good. 41 with Warren's guitar work was absolutely electrifying. It was by far the high point of the show for me!
