My first DMB show!!! Robert Randolph appeared as a guest on Louisiana Bayou and Stand Up!!

Great show lots of energy. Really enjoyed YNK and the fans around me. Only downside was the trafic getting in that kept us from seeing the opening.

This was my first time at a DMB show and I can say that I was very pleased. They came out and opened up the show with Everyday and they all seemed full of energy and ready to go. I loved "Dreamgirl" and how Dave got everyone to sing the opening part with him. "Time of the Season" was a treat. They did a great rendition of this oldie. My other favorites that got us grooving were "Old Dirt Hill", "Jimi Thing", "Stand Up", and "Louisiana Bayou". I also liked "Hello Again" Wonderful. Just wonderful. All the other fans were great. Everyone had a blast. Thanks guys for this unforgettable night!!!

Drove 10 hours to see this my 12th show and 3rd this summer. Wondering what happened at the end with the playing of #40. Great energy from the band and the crowd. Muddy in the lawn but still loving it. 10 songs from the new album?

Setlist was okay, but the band seemed to have alot of energy. Highlights for me were YNK and TOTS. My gf got a Crash and Crush so she was happy. Nothing too special until RR cam out and jammed. Overall another good show but not close to ATL.

Well first i'll say its a dmb show so u can't really go wrong, but it was more or less a lowend of what i've seen before. Jimi, Warehouse, and TOTS were all definately highlights but mr randolph is who really saved the show at the end with bayou which absolutely killed. encore was a little mediocre with ODH and what you are but what can i say it was still DMB so all in all solid show.

Unbelievable show!!!! I don't understand how people left unsatisfied, but oh well, sucks for them. YNK was a first for me and my girl, we absolutely love that song. The band and the crowd had great energy the whole night. Robert Randolph is the man. If you ever have a chance to see him and his band, don't miss it. SU and LB were on fire with Randolph. I don't really care for Old Dirt Hill, especially in the encore. What You Are was off the hook, Dave was screaming his head off at the end. All in all, this was one hell of a show. Maybe not the best of the tour, but they can't all be now can they. See you at Red Rocks!!!!!

first dave show, the set list seemed rather average, excpet for the american baby intro, but the band played amazing. i was really blown away...you never know was awesome, along with warehouse, lousiana bayou, and crush, but what you are was so intense. lame about the feedback on the #40 tease, though...

this show was absolutely outstanding. It was my first DMB concert with the full band present (only other DMB show I was at was the Dave and Time acoustic tour). This show was a cannot miss for me since both of my favorite bands were playing (OAR and DMB). Dave really surprised me and my new wife when he played our song (Crush) at this show. We were not expecting the song to be played and we loved every second of it.

Solid set. Very energetic...with the exception of Stolen Away. It's not that I don't like the song, but I think it kind of killed the atmosphere at that point. Hearing Old Dirt Hill live changed my opinion of the song greatly. I like it much more now. :) American Baby Intro was AMAZING!! One of three highlights for me....the others being Robert Randolph on Stand Up and Bayou, and You Never Know. I was sitting 5th row, right in front of Stefan. ...The girl with the two green glowsticks: that was me. :) Made eye contact with Dave for a solid 10-15 seconds during Steady As We Go...right before he messed up the lyrics slightly, towards the end. Good times. :)

oh my god.....ive been to 15 shows now and that was the best show i had ever been to! the people who said they left early and dont like the new cd..you should be ashamed to call yourself a dmb fan!! the new cd is amazing live. that was my 3rd show of this season and i was just left speechless. louisiana bayou...holy mother. just blew me away. all in all...pure amazement. and if u didnt think it was that great, well you dont have much appreciation for dmb. :)

setlist was pretty average at best, was hoping for #34, stone, or say goodbye, but no bet, i always enjoy warehouse, crush, jimi, and ynk. everyday was good as was american baby, cant stand the new album, but live they are bearable, robert randolph was a very nice surprise, the man is insane..made dave wear his blue hat, i left tonights show early for the first time ever, because the closers sucked, as soon as i saw dave pick up the electric, i knew what was coming, so i bailed out early, overall the band had good energy, not a horrible show, but with the exception of robert randolph, nothing special what so ever.

User: jdlind
Review:
Once again, Dave and the boys threw down in Antioch. The show started pretty slow, but from the 14th row (best seats I've ever had), it just gave it an intimate feel. Everyday was good, the AB Intro into Dreamgirl was great. I always love Crash, and YNK was totally unexpected. TOTS was good, the crowd seemed into it, and then the show picked up. HFTGL is proving to be absolutely awesome live, probably the best song off the new album. Jimi Thing, SAWG, AB were good. Crush and YMDT were great - I danced my ass off. 55th & 3rd was nice for a rest and then Warehouse got me back to dancing. RR came out and blew me away with Stand Up and Bayou. That man is on another level. The band just ate up the energy he brought with him. Everyone around me was loving life. The break was just right and the encore was solid. ODH is good, but not my favorite. WYA on the other hand is great everytime I hear it. Overall, another great show. See everyone in Chicago and maybe at Scott Stadium in Charlottesville for the Stones.

so we moved from 2nd to 1st and were lined up directly w/ steffan. he's hilarious when he throws energy back at ya, which the front section unfortunately lacks. (if anyone remembers, i was the guy in the tropical shirt, leaping 5 feet into the air often) anyway, saw the opener in columbus, but was still impressed. american baby intro finally done the right way!! (unlike 6/7 in columbus) and randolph and the band blew last months' bayou outta the water. even corned it up lined up - 4 of em - rockin out, boyd stage right down to steffan stage left - the what you are was something i've missed for a while. great intro and he broke his string at the end, while yellin louder than i can remember. friggin unbelievable. first jimi too. i always seem to get graves instead, but this was a treat. lots of stand up, but it was a lot more solid than last month, esp. dreamgirl. great entrancing jam at the end. and old dirt hill. the crowd wouldn't stop clappin. he kept holding his hand back as if to cut it but we wouldn't let them stop. woo! can't wait til next summmer. i'll certainly drive down from detroit again. good venue.

This being my second show on this tour (first was 06.01.05)- the new songs, with exception of a few, lacked something. Maybe they have become repetitive, but they were not as energetic. Exceptions being Louisiana Bayou (which is really getting great) and Stand Up.. though Robert Randolph added a lot to those two songs. The first American Baby intro was great.. too bad I missed it because the show started early?! I was walking in the venue at 8:30.. Dave was already on Dream Girl! The close of the show was very strong.. great rendition of What You Are. Crumbo's tape is A++ quality, too. Conclusion: Robert Randolph is the man with the plan

I can't believe that some of you people are whining about this show. It's DMB for crying out loud. I felt very honored just to be in the presence of one of the greatest bands of all time, and I feel that way every time I see them!!! The talent they all have far surpasses anything else I have ever witnessed. For me, they are great all the time and always will be!!! TOTS was amazing. I really think Butch enjoyed playing that song. Dreamgirl was great. Crush, loved it. Warehouse, always awesome. I could go on and on. There are songs I wanted to hear that they did not play, but you can't always get what you want. I'm just glad I got to see them, and I can't wait to see them again!!!

This was a spectacular show that was audibly and visually amazing! The light show that coincided with the incredible sound set the mood and temperment to move you in and out of the melodic drama. The musicians were tight as you'd expect from DMB, but the energy from them as they jammed was unique. With this being only my second show, I was so impressed I will make another, very soon!

umm...ok, well, i have seen dave and the band 11 times in the past and i would have to say i was the worst show i have seen. Good intro, but to many stand up songs. I came to hear dave not for him to promote his new album. Loved Warehouse, and Louisiana bayou. RR saved the show. The show did have its moments though, over all it was ok. I enjoyed listening to OAR they are a good band. The Encore was ok...im sick of these #40 teases though, i want to hear the song... overall 6 out of 10, i mean i can't hate it is dave, the most badass of them all...

My 2nd show this tour and clearly the best. Warehouse was as sweet as ever; Everyday, Crash, Crush always good to hear. LB with Robert was even better than w/ Trey in Atlanta, just spectactular. Only down was another What you Are as closer; great song but needs to leave the closer role.

Our first dmb show - well they don't come over to the uk very often - had a great time, energy was good, quite an electic setlist though perhaps a little too much new album for our first show! Traffic was a nightmare gettin' in but it was worth it.

Overall A decent Show. I don't get to see dave very often so any show is pretty good. i wish they would have left out a few stand up songs a played a couple of classics. It was real nice to hear crush and Jimi for the first time live, What you are rocked, and Randolph sealed the deal and saved the show. I usually wouldn't have lawn seats but we were able to go last minute and thats all we could get. My wife and I decided to have seats no matter what the cost from now on. the Lawn was overrun by a bunch of young drunks fondeling young drunk girls that I'm pretty sure had never even heard of DMB. Now i agree with the concept of having a good time but be able to control yourself, be courteous to others and don't ruin the other patrons' night cuz your to drunk to stand up and hold a cigarette at the same time.

I know that people are gonna disagree, but we all have our own opinion. This was my 19th show since 1998 and my third this tour. I saw Charlotte and Atlanta also. I love the new songs and that really wasn't the problem here. The band was on fire. Robert Randolph was on fire. The problem at this concert was that the majority of the crowd was asleep. Mabye it was the heat, I really don't know, but I walked from my seat in section 2 over to section three, and all around the lawn and I really paid attention to see how the crowd behaved and it was sad. Oh, and my last comment will be the b!t@h that sat behind me and said, "Who the fvck is this in front of me" can kiss my @ss, and the other b!t@h that sat in front of me can do the same. Auburn SUCKS!! UGA RULES!! Have some respect people. I'm sorry, but the Nashville crowd was rude and drunk and ruined an amazing performance by DMB!!!

Unbelievable!! I was blown away at the Bristow show and I am still reeling from this one. The energy that Robert Randolph brings is quite amazing. The band just seems full of energy this year! The setlist was powerful....seems like they picked the most appropriate time to let you catch your breath. I believe I peed a little on YNK and then right into TOTS! Good stuff! I was 5th row, spectacular seats, I have never been that close, and seeing Dave's face and his hand movements during the Jimi Thing scat was priceless. This is my 3rd consecutive year going to Starwood and this show was by far the best yet for me. Can't wait to see what happens at Red Rocks!!
