Couldnt have been a better day for a concert... set was very solid, and actually enjoyed WWYS as a closer. The four new songs went beyond expectations. Warehouse rocked, as did SMTS>>>>ASTB>>>Too much. Solid all the way around.

Listening to this show 17 years later and Holy shit was this a good show. All 5 of the 2004 songs. (Still hoping Sugar Will and Good Good Time make an album). Warehouse opener! So Much, Bridge, Too Much. This was a saxsolicious night. I remember the crowd was amazing on the lawn and the whole Creek was groovin together. Stayed at Ball State and did it again the next night!
OAR also kicked ass and always loved this weekend that OAR opened for DMB. What a bonus

Kind of a mellow evening. It was a beautiful night though. Good show to watch with friends from the lawn. Was glad to hear SMTS-->ASTB-->TM straight like the Central Park concert. Was also glad to hear Rapunzel for the first time(PNP was a nice touch). Not as good as night two though!!

A very good show. The lap steel intro to Grace is Gone was sweet. The crowd chanting Come and Dance with me at the beginning and end of Everyday was really cool too. All of the band members were really into it. There was great energy. It came across in the performance.

average show. good energy. me and gillespie sat 4th row on boyds side (thanks to missy) and najapver was about 10 rows back. we got to move up to the front row on the rail. i had a BOWA sign to encourage the band to play best, and dave must have seen the sign cause they played it the next night! hell yeah!!! was by far the closest show ive sat at so far! and i got a set list after the show. monk the guitar tech tossed me what looked like a piece of duct tape off the stage and when i went to pick it up, it was actually a set list. really sweet to have! oh they left jimi thing out. it was on the setlist but wasnt played untill the next night! fun times with DMB...

It had been about a year since I last saw the band and seeing them again was an extremely enjoyable experience. This was the freshest I've seen the band in about 3 years. I didn't expect Warehouse as an opener; the violin playing at the end was new and energetic and set off a great beginning. Granny and Gray Street, two of my favorite songs, followed. Next came a song I'd never heard before. There were a total of 5 new songs that I'd never heard. Other than Gravedigger, I hadn't heard much new in quite some time.
Grace is Gone was stated with a slide guitar solo by Stefan Lessard and had a great, country music hoe-down ending lead by Boyd Tinsley.
It had been a while since I'd heard Help Myself and nice to hear it pop into the show. It was followed by Hello Again, which may be my favorite of the new songs but I'll have to hear them again before I decide.
The finale of Rapunzel had a very frantic ending that was punctuated by my hasty exit from the stadium. My wife had to be up at 5:00 the next morning and were were in the 13th row. As soon as I figured the song was getting close to being over, she and left our row and sprinted to the exit at the top center of the venue. The wild keyboard helped my running and the two of us reached the exit just as the show ended. We were on the interstate 5 minutes later due to great parking and home 20 minutes later. A perfect ending to the best Dave Matthews Band show I've attended since June 2000!

i have always said i will always appreciate the bands music, but tonight the show was kinda just blah...loved the music but again i felt that i saw the same songs at st. louis and tweeter, and the energy here wasn't as great as tweeter. it was a good show don't get me wrong, but i've seen better. everyday was awesome with the crowd. praying that tomorrow nite will be better.

well this show was pretty good. alot of the same stuff that he played at stl but o well. I did get to one of the most amazing songs...Everyday. I dont care what some might say about this show being not that great. I thought that this song made it comp. worth the 65 bucks i paid for tickets.

This show was really GREAT!! The setlist rocked, the new songs were great, the bands energy is very high and them seem to be having a good time and the performance reflects that. The crowd during everyday was awesome. Can't wait until tomorrow night.

OK SHOW. STARTED VERY STRONG WITH WAREHOUSE GRANNY AND GREY STREET. SLOWED DOWN FOR TOO LONG IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOW. NICE MATCHUP OF WWYS AND RAPZ FOR ENCORE. LIKE I SAID OK SHOW IT HAD ITS MOMENTS BUT BUZZ KILLER IN THE MIDDLE.

My first outdoor Pavillion show. And if it wasnt for my bitchy ex-girlfreind, it would have definately been the time of my life. Opened with Warehouse...wow what a great opener. Played some pretty rare songs like Crazy-Easy, Anyone Seen the Bridge?, Sugar Will, Good GOod Time, Joyride. But also played some jsut GREAT live songs like Rhyme&Reason, PNP->Rapunzel, Granny, Grey Street.

I was pumped to finally hear Warehouse. Energy was good, but I feel that when the new songs were played the energy was dropped by the crowd. Hey, I am like everyone else, I love the old stuff just as much as the next guy. But hearing new songs should be a good thing because atleast we know that the boys still have it in them to give it all they got. I think the new songs were amazing personally, and I can't wait until the new cd comes out. Closing with Pantala Naga Pampa-Rapunzel was amazing. They definately brought the house down with that.

This was my third Dave show. I really enjoyed the mix of old and new songs. Not to mention the venue never disappoints me. Great atmosphere, great sound, all around great show. I was definitely happy that they generally stuck w/ the original arrangements for some of the older songs... it made it easier to dance and sing along!!

every year the band seems to sound tighter, fuller,etc. Every year there is a new aspect (layer?) to the bands live sound. This show was different. Even the older tunes have a different sound, a new quality (everyday).
only one word for the new sound,
Sweet.....the music overall is sweeter sounding.
have to wait and see if it was just this show or what?
anyone else catch some of that or am I just trippin'? either way had a lot of fun and a big old bag of groove : }

The boys were electric, and they played their new stuff for us! It was a little rough around the edges, but the songs were awesome. What a great venue, too. We camped out for the two and a half days we were there and made some good friends. The camping site is right next door which made getting to and from the concert a breeze.

This is just a short review because it was a few months ago I went, but the WH and Granny kicking it off was awesome. All of the unreleased stuff was pretty good. And the Rapunzel finale totally rocked. Everybody was just jamming as loud and as fast as they could and with the lights going crazy it was an awesome experience!

FRONT ROW CENTER!! This show was awesome. didn't realize that our seats were 10 row center and if that was'nt enough a security guard came to our seats and asked us to move down right in front of the stage! It was a good show, but that area has some stupid ordinance that the concert at the Music Center has to be done at 10pm. Come on that is ridiculous. Also, Dave played more new stuff and not enough of the old stuff I really like.

I was quite disappointed. I saw the show at Tweeter Center on the 18th and figureed it would be great to check them out in Noblesville. But he played the same songs. And this was the very next show. He only played four different songs. Granny, which was great. But that substituted for Jimi Thing. So overall it was disappointing.

This show lacked energy to me. Excessive breaks between songs kept them from maintaining any momentum built up by some jams. Boyd stood stiff as Leroi all night, which made me think he was ill or something. This was my 2nd of 8 shows to date and the worst to me. The 2005 Indy show was next to worst after this one - give Indy what you used to guys!
