The DMB show in Spring of '94 was at the 328 Perf Hall, but this one was not. It was at Vanderbilt University outside in the middle of fraternity row. I think it was organized by the Kappa Sigs, but I'm not sure. It was a quick show but the Tennessee autumn air was light and cool and everyone was into the show. A decent sized turnout for a university campus but perhaps the most intimate show I've been at. The band was mellow but really jammed-out toward the end. The audience was into it and many "dragons were smoked."

One of my favorite shows - tiny venue - was able to get up to the front. And Rusted Root opened. My big memory of this show was that it was the first time I heard Cry Freedom. Beautiful song. What an incredible set list. I remember Seek Up being phenomenal as well.
