Big Whiskey Promo Video

It appears the official promotional process has begun, as a two minute, twenty-one second video from Dave Matthews Band's latest studio effort has been posted to YouTube on the band's official YouTube channel, with news coming via
the official site. The video is accompanied by a description noting that 15 DMB fans from Canada were hanging around the studio in New Orleans late one night (or early morning, however you view it), and much to their surprise, Producer Rob Cavallo popped out to invite them in for a listen. What follows is approximately a minute and a half of what we believe to be the opening of the album. LeRoi laying down a very Heartbeat-ish lick, with Boyd and Carter laying down the backdrop until the explosion of a visceral scream into the opening track, heavy in horns, and extremely intense.
One can only hope that this is the beginning of an informative promotional period, with much more content to come. We have it on good word that that will be the case.
