How many more DMB studio albums after the next one?

we've been speculating endlessly on when the new album will come out, so that begs to question after this next album how many more studio albums will DMB put out after that one before they call it a career? Could this be it?

At this rate, I really think this will be their last true studio album. Maybe before they call it a day, they’ll put together a retrospective album of sorts containing Dave’s favorite unused songs, and that will be their swan song. After they retire, we’ll get old demos and rarities and they will of course continue releasing live material.

I kind of hope this is the last one and then they change their model

I also agree with the one option that isn’t there lol. I’m like 51/49 that there will be one more album after the next one. And it may be a kind of CT style “let’s throw this together.” But I could be convinced this next one will be the last.

If DMB is an existent live act by the time they get inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, that'll be good enough for me.

From the vids and posted pics, it looked like MSG was completely filled two nights in a row. As long as Dave's "act" can produce that kind of response, he/they will tour in some sort of capacity. Hopefully, they'll keep making new music as well and finally get with the times by releasing EPs and single songs on streaming services.

As far as last full album, yeah, I think this might be the final one - unless we count a B-sides album several years from now.

Awesome that fans had the opportunity to ask Mark about DMB. Hopefully he didn't catch the red glare of anyone else involved.
