can anyone help with a few questions?

I have been a member here for a while, and yet to download anything. Im really curious how you open the file "torrent" after you download it. My computer is asking me which program I want to use to open it, and Im lost. Id like to get the Nissan show, and last nights at Virginia Beach (which was AWESOME). So if you can direct me in the right path, it would be appreciated. peace and love.

me again trying to figure it out on my own. i downloaded a program called bit torrent. it seems to be on the right path, except that program is telling me that it is not the right extention......

There is a lot of infomation in the Torrent FAQ on this site. I got a program (free) called uTorrent and when I download the torrent it opens gets the torrent. Then you need a FLAC converter to convert the FLAC to .wav FILE. There are free programs you can download to do this. I burn CDs with the .wav files then I use iTunes to convert the .wav files to .mpgs for use on my ipod. I just learned how to do all this about a year ago when I found out that you can get recordings of the DMB shows I was at. It is not hard once you get going.
