Taping/Trading Policy in the age of Youtube and Livestreams

I have read the taping/trading policy here, but it seems it was posted in 2002 and I have some questions that it didn't address address. Is it legal/permissible to trade the live streams that dmb has had this year on youtube or sirius xm? What about audio rips of other live things that Dave has posted on his website or on Youtube or even soundcloud?

This is a fantastic question and definitely one that I am interested in hearing an answer to. I would imagine ANYTHING officially released or uploaded by the band is not okay to download and trade/share. In terms of personal use, that's more of an ethical matter. But for actual releases/uploads by the band, I'd guess a firm no.
