I think it has something to do with the radio.com network of sites. if you go the actual pittsburgh station's homepage, there is no link to the DM contest on its contest pages.

enter it into google and find your local radio station...the closest that I've found is 106.5 in Baltimore, but they require you to listen and call in. So, that's not going to happen...

We're going to see the band at Mansford to start our DMB shows a few days later, so we'll survive. Good luck folks.

For shits I wanted to see if the official rules for the contest listed the location or anything else of note. I found these interesting tidbits in the rules:

A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Contest. The Grand Prize consists of the following:
A prize certificate valid for leased use of a beach house by Grand Prize winner and up to five (5) overnight guests in Bourne, Massachusetts on Cape Cod from 5:00pm ET on Monday, June 17, 2019, through 10:00am ET on Sunday, June 23, 2019. To claim the Grand Prize, Grand Prize, winner must agree to enter into a standard lease allowing for use of the beach house and requires the Grand Prize winner to put down a $1,000 security deposit. Grand Prize winner must agree to specific terms of lease and adhere to all rules and regulations pertaining to renting the home, including, without limitation: no pets; placement of trash and recycling outside by 8:00am ET on Wednesday morning; and linens washed and folded in a pile. Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for damages to or losses at the beach house except normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualty. If Grand Prize winner cannot or will not enter into the lease, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected (time permitting) in a random drawing from among the remaining Qualifying Prize winner entries.
Acoustic Performance by Dave Matthews provided by RCA Records on a date, time, and location to be disclosed by the Station to the Grand Prize winner upon winning (“Performance”). Grand Prize winner may invite up to twenty (20) guests (not including Grand Prize winner) to attend the Performance.
