    Much rather have a big stoned frat guy next to me than a big drunk frat guy. Ever been to a Phish show? I only went for the first time a couple of years ago - 98% of the crowd smoked and the place was just chilllllllll - everyone happy no matter what the setlist.

    It's pretty much legal at any concert already. People in the vicinity will look over at you once they smell something strange, then they will mind their own business because it's just what happens at a concert.

    Or so I'm told.
