Haha yep, he's so good, I've been a fan for a few years but finally saw him at a festival this past fall. Can't wait to see him play his own show!

Going to see her at the end of the month. I had a friend see her a few weeks ago at the Beacon and said it was a fantastic show.

I don't normally put these on my list, but the local amp is doing a Tom Petty Houston Symphony tribute this year, as well as playing the score along with Raiders of the Lost Ark. Pretty good year for the free symphony shows right there.

This was last night. She played in a barn in wine country. (Not Napa, but nearby.) An intimate space and cool for her style of indie rock.

However, one side of the barn was open and it was a cold, rainy night, so a bit chilly. It'd be nice to go back when the weather is more cooperative.

Set was a lotta stuff from her new record. I think she might've played every song from it.

I'm thinking I may need to add Peter too. Elton and Seger are doing farewell tours too, but it seems that they could still perform if and when they want to. Hearing the Peter will be unable to play in the near future is heartbreaking...

I liked her. I always do. She said it's the longest she's been away from her son since he was born and I felt that. She's usually a little more of a smart ass but seemed a bit subdued this time.

That voice, though. Lotta stuff from Remind Me Tomorrow. Maybe every song from it. Seventeen is gonna be a setlist staple for her going forward. Going for broke in the bridge is such a strong moment for her.

Sorry to hear something came up. Hope everything's all right.

Thanks, would have been my first time seeing her. I'll just continue to binge her live shows on YouTube.

Nothing serious, I just stupidly double booked myself for the weekend and I couldn't get out of the other thing.

Yeah, that's some really sad news surrounding the tour. I've never seen him before and been trying to for several years. My dad saw him back in '77 (I believe) and I couldn't miss him now.

She just played in Memphis the other night. Kiss was playing that night too and all the fans were joking if it was just a 2 hour PETA commercial.

That ticket sold out so freaking fast. I was gonna wait to grab my ticket but got a presale code and figured why not go ahead and grab it. It sold out in less than an hour. I had no idea he was that big of an attraction now.
