In-N-Out, because of the uniqueness of their own business (they do their own distribution AND only use fresh ingredients) needs to have their stores within a certain distance from their distribution centers. The distribution centers are in California, Arizona, Utah and Texas....so the good news for Denver, is that with the Utah distribution center, they are probably looking at restaurants sooner then say people in Michigan.

In-N-Outs are Coke though, so that would be unusual for Denver.
