did anyone here go both days? and if so, would you go back?
I bailed on Sunday after saturdays debacle and wouldn't go back.

Theres way way too many great shows and festivals out there that are run correctly. Exhibit A- Sea Hear Now. From the layout, to the traffic flow, to the area, to the organization, to the crowd management. It was lightyears better and less expensive.

see ya never Sound On Sound.

oh and you've got some balls flooding your social channels with sponsored content post bullshit on Sunday after you ripped everyone off on Saturday

I went both days, and would not go back. Admittedly, however, yesterday was much improved, and I would have had little to no complaints if the first day was like the second day.

Re: ***Official D&T Sound on Sound - September 25, 2022***

The area that they had the event in should have had no more than 10,000 tickets sold for a day. Also the area is not the best area compared to events like the upcoming Oceans Calling ran by the same organizers. I would rather walk back from a show in Ocean City and most likely walk to my hotel then walking around Bridgeport at night. It wasn't safe or well lit and it brought me back to the days of playing youth hockey away games at the Wonderland of Ice at 7pm and immediately wanting to get the heck outta there after the game.

On top of that CT is just more expensive to run a festival in than Dover, DE like Firefly or Ocean's Calling on the Eastern Shore and hence the average cost per day of a singe day or full festival pass was much more expensive than those festivals and festivals like Boston Calling that had better overall lineups. To me it seems that the organizers were in the red and knowingly oversold the festival area to break even or reduce the losses. The only reason Sunday went smoothly crowd size wise was because so many people refused to come back.
