Few things.....I can only do those 3 states (NY NJ CT)

We do mostly everything. Refi, cash out , purchases. The cash out rates are little higher then rate and term (thats standard). The TOP factor right now is credit score.

Name of the company is Berkeley Mortgage . In Bergen County NJ.

    email is dcaminsky@hotmail.com

    Thanks

I'm a commercial title insurance underwriter but recently took on a business development role--I don't want a loan, I want your title insurance business

Mortgage business is booming. Most people are getting higher rates because brokers want/need to make multiple "points". We can do for way less margin since we own the company. Was trying to help out some people. Sorry this offends you.

You aren't offending me & you aren't trying to help people, you are trying to solicit business. I am pretty sure that is against the rules. I'd have less of an issue if it was a regular contributor to the boards. If you pledge to donate your commission to charity, I think that would be cool though.

Mike, maybe you should advertise your services on here too. Maybe everyone should. That would make the boards real entertaining.

You have a great one too~

Not sure what you don't understand about that statement though. Perhaps you'll pledge to donate your commission to charity from any customers you've gained from free advertising on this site (against the site rules, I believe). I'd be cool with that, since you're just helping people.

What a weird hill to die on. Who made Lee the arbiter of morality when it comes to the circumstances upon which someone keeps his/her commission?

It's well-established that Lee is a fuckin' weirdo.

I happen to generally like and get along with him. But he pulls weird shit like this more than probably anyone else on the boards.

Will you keep paying the same amount? I refinanced 3 times, 2 of them I got cash out for home remodeling, but each time I kept paying the same amount, even though the monthly payment went down. I purchased the house in February 2002 and even though I added about 40k with the 2 cash outs, my final mortgage payment will be April 2021. Six more payments!!
