Wonder if our days of getting old shows for Live Trax are over if they couldn’t even get one pre-2018 song on a members only disc. Maybe the live “warm up” disc they announced the other day is their replacement for Live Trax releases?

But wtf. 2 songs from 2018 Gorge and neither are ones featuring Hamilton of PHJB?

The Old Dirt Hill not so much, the 2016 version is much better. But I'll always take Minarets. One of my favorites.

Accidentally let a couple days slip by after my renewal date, but the site still treated it as a renewal when i did renew. It was 3 days after the actual "renewal date". think I'll still get the package? It even said "thanks for renewing your membership" and everything

Very likely the separation thing. Boyd was unlikely to receive royalties from a WH disk when he was in the band, typically only the songwriter receives royalties from this type of release. It would be interesting to see if Boyd is listed as a songwriter on any of what was put on the disc. Either way, the amount is negligible and I don't think there is any way that "we dont want to write middling checks to Boyd" is driving any of the release decisions.

If it really is an issue of Boyd, they have a vault of D&T, D&F, Dave solo, etc to pick from.

If they thought it'd be great to give their hardcore members all 2018 shit, then things are way more fucked than we joke about.

This isn’t the first time a Warehouse 5/8/10 disc has taking from only one particularly year, Warehouse 5 Vol. 2 was all taken from the summer ‘01 year. I think that’s key in trying to understand why this is all coming from ‘18.

The Michigan show (3 tracks on this disc) Is pretty good. Almanac ranks it at 4th "most rare"

It contained 1 of 3 of the only R&R and YNK of the tour

and also fairly rare 2018 summer songs: BOWA, Hello Again and Recently (all 9 or less plays)
