alpine experience overall far exceeds SPAC. SPAC has better sets on average and the venue is intimate and sexy.

Just got thru to the resort! 262-642-7374

Booked a 2 Double Bed room on the 2nd floor, facing the mountain. Concert rate is $244/night. Booked it for FRI/SAT/SUN nights. Girl on the phone was great!

Suites are sold out for the weekend; single queens and doubles are available

First Alpine, here we come!

Ive been to Gorge, SPAC, and Alpine and no place is better than Alpine in my opinion.

Gorge for the whole weekend with camping and the views is incredible. SPAC is a fantastic venue as well.

BUT, Alpine is the best concert experience you will have...

no. it's that tons of people have been calling in anticipation of dates that weekend and telling them it's for dave.

if someone calls me and I know that the only reason they want those dates is because they think DMB is coming, of course I'm giving them the concert rate, because one of two things can happen:

1) the concert will be on those dates and the person will come and pay the concert rate

or

2) the concert won't be on those dates, and the person is going to cancel

if I don't give them the concert rate, I have not only set up the potentially awkward conversation of, hey that rate I quoted you? yeah well it's much higher now, I also create more work for myself in that I have to go into the reservation system and change the rate.

You guys do not the know trick to get through to Alpine right away! They answer within 20 seconds every time I call.

Just an FYI, I booked at the resort on Monday and while she did hint towards it being a concert weekend, I was quoted the normal price and my confirmation is listed as $109, not $249.

To me, it sounds like some employees are all but confirming, and others are being a bit more tight-lipped.

At this point, I'd be shocked if it wasn't the 1st & 2nd, or 2nd and 3rd.
