The Romeo Santos concert for tomorrow at Citi Field still seems to be a go so that's encouraging at least.

Yeah, any possible cancellation is most likely going to be no earlier than tomorrow.
What makes this all so tricky is difficult/unreliable forecasting along with cancelling a gig being an absolute last resort for touring productions and venues.
The real question is less about us and our health and more about the band's health (like Dave's voice, Rashawn & Jeff's ability to blow, any health conditions other members might have...etc.).
There's no reliable crystal ball here, but I'm sure conversations and contingencies are being discussed because that's what tour staff do on the daily.
One of the biggest questions before management is, if the air continues to be as bad as it is, do you "rob Peter to pay Paul." That is to say, do you push ahead and do the gig only for the band to have respiratory irritation in the days following.
All-in-all, they'll probably proceed as planned because dolla dolla bills, y'all.
