Notes - (from Almanac) “Set I is unknown. It is possible that Halloween opened Set II, but it's just as likely that a Dave & Carter performance of Pay for What You Get came before it. It's also likely that there was an encore.”
I believe Tripping Billies ended the show, the encore “dead time” was cut and Ants Marching was the encore. What makes me believe this is at the end of TB Dave says ‘Goodnight” and there is dead time with no audio levels showing on the meter.
