Impossible to know, but, yes, certainly. It's also conceivable the good guy with a gun could've shot other innocent bystanders in an attempt to neutralize the bad guy with a gun. There's a lot of ways it could've been.

Is waffle House a gun free zone? Do conceal and carry people follow those gun free zones?

So we can either introduce more guns into society or stop letting people who tried to enter the white house unauthorized for a meeting with trump from owning guns...or at least that specific gun.

Each state is different in both requirements for a business to post a sign and for penalties for carrying past them.
