It's annoying when some of the same people at the parade yesterday were telling me how much the Cubs sucked/would never win a WS again three years ago. Now they're wearing newly bought Cubs hats/shirts and Tweeting out "#FlyTheW." Just pisses me off.

Rizzo is genuine. And does a lot of off-the-record charity work for kids with cancer, him being a survivor himself. Has to be pretty inspiring to have him walk into your hospital room and know that he was in the same place you are, and now he's on top of the world.

I never said he doesn't do great things, I just think during the game he is a tool, lots of athletes in lots of sports are and are good people

    I don't think Rizzo's a tool at all

And I think that moment with he and Ross was not only 100% genuine, it was humanizing as well. Seeing how emotional he got introducing Ross at the parade, it's clear how much he looked up to the guy

are you still playing the Tap Sports Baseball phone game? this is getting ridiculous, seemingly EVERY fucking team has Bumgarner in their rotation. literally at least 40% of the games I play, he's the opposing pitcher.

I've also been winding up in a fuck ton of extra inning games lately, whether I'm actually playing them out myself or doing automated stretches during the whole weekend events where you can play all those games for free.

but I think what bothers me most of all, easily the two "upgrade" areas I bother buying into with the in-game money are to decrease defensive errors and pitching control (specifically to limit the amount of walks you give up), and FUCKING INVARIABLY, I lose runs because of walks and errors... CONSTANTLY I mean it's seriously like the game is mocking me.

I have to live with that Game 7 defeat for the rest of my life - a defeat I will probably never get over - and you're complaining about that???

Doesn't look good but maybe they will balance it off with a donation.

What I think will happen, not necessarily want. In my opinion the only shoo-ins are Bryant (MVP), Seager (ROY), Maddon, Francona

    NL Cy: Hendricks
    NL MVP: Bryant
    NL ROY: Seager
    NL Manager: Maddon

    AL Cy: Verlander
    AL MVP: Trout
    AL ROY: Sanchez
    AL Manager: Francona

Thor loves him. I can see him giving a good pitch to hit.
