Remember Two Things Live Track Dates

OK I'm sure this has been talked about somewhere, but none of my searches have proved fruitful. The liner notes say that the first 6 tracks were recorded at Trax, The Flood Zone, and the Muse. So:

Ants Marching is 8/17/93 - The Muse
Tripping Billies is 8/17/93 - The Muse
Recently 8/10/93 - The Flood Zone
Satellite
One Sweet World
The Song that Jane Likes

There is only one show at Trax during August where it seems all of Remember Two Things is recorded, so I downloaded that. There is a distinctive whistle at the end of Jane that can be heard despite the attempt to soften it. So I am fairly confident that Jane come from that 8/31/93 show. OSW was also played that show, but has the long intro so I am guessing that isn't where OSW comes from. Satellite during this show has Roi and Boyd doing things during the opening that I can't image were totally drained out. I also still think Satellite sounds like a Studio recording. So:

Ants Marching is 8/17/93 - The Muse
Tripping Billies is 8/17/93 - The Muse
Recently 8/10/93 - The Flood Zone
Satellite
One Sweet World
The Song that Jane Likes 8/31/93 - Trax

I also downloaded the 8/10/93 show. Sadly every version I have found is only the first set. Both Jane and OSW were played during that set.

The Muse is Live Trax 30 but the following perfomances I have not tracked down.
8/16/93 - OSW, Satellite (Live Trax 30 - Boyd and Roi playing with Dave in opening)
8/17/93 - OSW (Live Trax 30 - Long intro), Jane (Live Trax 30 - No Whistling),
8/18/93 - Satellite, OSW, Jane

I have no idea where Satellite and One Sweet World came from and can't rule out.
8/10/93 - OSW
8/16/93 - OSW
8/18/93 - OSW
8/18/93 - Satellite
8/10/93 - Jane
8/18/93 - Jane

Rest of the tracks
Minarets - Flat Five Studio
Seek Up - Flat Five Studio
I'll Back You Up - Dave and Tim Acoustic Studio (One without toliet flush)
Christmas Song - Dave and Time Acoustic Studio
Pay For What You Get - Flat Five Studio
Typical Situation - Flat Five Studio

Anyone know if I am right with Jane and have any idea about the other two?

I thought OSW was recorded live, and they just cut out the instrumental intro.

There is an instrumental part, it's just shortened. If the seamlessly trimmed it, that will make it harder to identify.

Satellite is Flat Five, mislabeled on the original release and reissue but correctly identified on the band's YouTube channel and SiriusXM plays.

Dobyblue thank you! I had bought the deluxe version and worried that I retagged the song. This confirms that I was right.

Now its just that One Sweet World!

If the intro isn’t trimmed than it would most likely be 2/9/93 as that one 5:15 On almanac and the cd is 5:12
Most of the later ones are 7-8 mins although there are some with no known time
Would be odd though since most others are from 8/93

Completely agree. Everything including the Flat Five Studio cuts were in August.

If Jane and OSW did come from this show, like Recently did, odds are there is a multitrack recording of the full show. It would make a great Live Trax-

That run at the end of Nancies, Warehouse, and Halloween sounds amazing.

Wait you’ve heard it? There’s no track times, I don’t think there’s a tape of the second set.

I'm live 99% sure Jane's vocals (and maybe OSW) were overdubbed in the studio. Jane sounds like Dave doing his own harmonies. Does anyone have any insight/proof that it is live?

Also was there any Flat Five songs recorded that we know of that remain unreleased besides the 5 we have on the deluxe edition?

Think he meant that the ending run setlist-wise sounds amazing.
