So it was rescheduled for Labor Day Weekend 2021. The festival had previously confirmed that the 2020 headliners were committed to appearing at the 2021 festival. Now that seems impossible for DMB.

Just saw this as well...sort of a bummer. Maybe this is the push I need to finally get to the Gorge on LDW 2021!

I mean it looks increasingly likely the entire 2021 tour will either be canceled, or rescheduled again. I doubt we have arena and amphitheater shows going by June. But we might - who knows. Just guessing.

September 2021 definitely looks better for concerts than May. It will be interesting to see if any of the DMB shows actually happen. I plan on going to Riverbend and both Deer Creek shows, in mid June. I doubt those will be happening. But maybe later dates like the Gorge and beyond could still happen?

Fauci says we can get back to somewhat normal in April. I’m optimistic.

The old email from BottleRock stated that all bands had agreed to new date.

This latest email states that a lineup will be announced in early 2021. So there’s going to be changes. Highly doubt DMB being included. I can’t see them skipping the Gorge.

I don’t think “somewhat normal” is packing 25,000 people in nuts-to-butts...that would be “completely normal”

nuts-to-butts is certainly my idea of completely normal

But there's a lot of time between April and Labor Day. I'll be shocked if concerts with full crowds don't happen by fall 2021.

DMB definitely won't skip Gorge. But I can see them scheduling a Sacramento show. September 7 is open at the Golden 1 Center

New lineup confirmed without DMB: https://www.bottlerocknapavalley.com/2021-artists/

Hopefully the band books a gig at Chase Center, Shoreline or the Greek. Northern California currently shut out.
