I had the same issue. Emailed WHCS, they gave me a personal promo code to make it $0,00 again.
Still issues with address/payment proces, but managed to download it after the order was completed.

    Same, they are unbelievably stupid.

They couldn't think of another way to distribute a digital download other than to make you buy it for $0. Unreal.

Wait, so does than mean non-Warehouse members can buy this download for $33.25?

I decided to just cave and DL this. It's stupid to wait until I get the disc in December 2020 when it's already circulating now.

It would be cool if they offered like 9 tracks the same to every person and then 1 unique track for each calendar month and encouraged trading with people. This would also allow people who have to wait longer periods to get their disc the chance at feeling special with an exclusive track to that month.

Hey, I'd be happy to take that 2nd copy off of your hands for ya. I know how annoying it is to have a duplicate of something just sitting around collecting dust.

Did they just show up? I saw some people say they received tracking and just assumed thats what it was coming because they hadnt ordered anything else, but wasn't sure if that was ever clarified.

Damn Buddy sounds a lot like Bruce Hornsby in that Mercy jam. Makes me want to see Mercy again.

    Re: 2020 Warehouse Release

Copying my comment from the LT50 thread:

"How do they decide where to cut the tracks? There are great little improv intros before both Rhyme & Reason and Crazy Easy, but for some reason they're at the end of the previous tracks. Not a big deal when you're listening through the show, but its a shame to not have those parts if you're shuffling or just listening to one track.

This is far from the first time this has happened too. Every time Dave introduces a song/guest/whatever on the Piedmont Park release it's at the end of a track rather than the beginning. Then theres Warehouse 10 Volume 4 which has Dave referencing the "city of brotherly love" at the end of I Did It. I Did It was recorded in Saint Paul, MN, but the next track, The Space Between, was recorded in Camden, NJ, right across the river from Philly aka the city of brotherly love. So, did they just create one long track and then chop it randomly? (The Space Between looks like it might also be credited as SPAC, but that a separate issue). I know there are many more examples, these are just the first two that come to mind."

I just started listening to this disc and already found one more example of this. Dave tells a two minute story about VITR before starting the song, but the whole thing is at the end of the Minarets track instead of the beginning of the VITR track. Why would anyone listen to that stretch and decide to cut the tracks there?

Generally, they try to put the start of the actual song at the beginning of the track. That way, if someone is casually listening to the CD and they want to skip ahead to the next song, they just click a button and the next song starts. People get impatient and don't want to sit through 2 minutes of Davespeak all the time. "Just play the damn song!"

I suppose I understand that, but if thats really what they go by they might as well just cut the Dave speak, at least on a compilation release like this one. Much better IMO than having two minutes of Dave talking about VITR at a show in Charleston, SC show up on a track labelled Minarets from Italy.

That also doesn't explain why an intro/jam that clearly goes before one song gets tacked on to the end of another instead. I guess the same idea could apply, but I don't listen to this band to hear the same songs played the same way all the time. Intro jams are one of the things that make this fun.

Everyone has different takes on this - I for one am on team if an intro jam came before a song, it should be tacked onto and attached to that song. Likewise if there’s a story about a song, have the song open with that story. I HATE when live albums attach a jam to the end of a song that it’s not related to just so the song it precedes starts as it’s own track at the spot most fans know. Matter of opinion I guess. I do agree that on this warehouse release it feels exceptionally odd. Oh well. At least they still paired kill the preacher with grace is gone - those two worked great as a pairing.

Can't remember when the last time was when I heard such a dynamic DMB recording. The first two Munich tracks are beautiful.
