Away From The World Cover Art

Is there any significance in the cover art as there was in Big Whiskey? Hidden messages, references to lyrics, etc...?
Also, anyone have a link to such a thread about Big Whiskey's cover significance?

Was each box supposed to represent a different song?

That's what I was thinking; can anyone explain how each one represents a song...?

I don't think each box represents any certain song. I just think it is Dave's attempt to illustrate the different personal emotions that love can evoke in someone. Dave has said that love in general is a significant theme in the album. Love does a lot of things to us, as illustrated in the cover. It can make babies, it can make us scream, it can make us jealous, or it can just make us sit there and sigh.....

It's just a depiction of that lyric from The Riff. If forget the line offhand, "...boxes just like this". I don't think there is anymore to it.

Plus, if each box represents a song, there are 2 songs missing.

I've heard Dave did the cover for both this and Big Whiskey.

He's an interesting artist, but I like the covers of their first three albums, particularly BTCS, better.

I wonder what the cover of album #9 will be. Will it follow this pattern, or be a photo, or a different kind of artwork?

The artwork kind of creeps me out. I don't like it.
