Agreed, but the tiny schools who are making strides still dont show up on these lists mainly because of legacy of the others. There is curriculum at other schools that can match and be superior to the top 100 here but they have a hard time on getting on the list.
In other words, these lists are all the same, and actually a lot of (amazing) schools opt out of them because A. it costs money to be on it and B. Its about as accurate as the Billboard 100 in terms of what is considered "good".
Where is Hamilton, Colgate, Bowdoin, Bard, St Lawrence, Cooper Union, Carnegie Mellon?? I dont even think I saw NYU on there.
