Question about GA floor tix at arena shows - Antsmarching.org Forums

At Nassau on Wednesday, they took everyone's ticket when they entered the floor and you were only able to get it back after the show.

Is that how things have been done at Buffalo and Albany too or was that just a weird rule they had at Nassau?

No I didn't even get my stub taken.. just got scanned and walked in. They gave wristbands to everyone who made it past the scans though..

yea...they gave us a wristband but then took the ticket.

We got bracelets and kept our tickets in buffalo

I was given bracelets and kept my ticket in both Buffalo and Albany.

Weird that they would take your entire ticket. I've never heard of this before.

a friend of mine kept grabbing my ticket and getting friends on the floor in albany.. which i didnt mind bc i would make every one of his friends by me a beer.. i win..

he did it for about 3 friends, but the floors at nassau and albany were less than packed. towards the end of albany it got a little crowded but not uncomfortable at all,
nassau you could practically hear an echo
