Old DMB Warehouse Packages

I was wondering if anybody knew how (or if it's even possible) to obtain a old Warehouse gift package?

Specifically, I am looking for the keychain from the 2003 Warehouse package.

This keychain broke within a week of putting my keys on it back in 2003, FYI. I wouldn't waste the money buying one unless, I guess, you're just trying to replace one you lost for completion's sake.
