Everyone that has met her in secret sessions, backstage, media events says she is pretty legit

She starts every interaction with a hug to break that “omg it’s Taylor Swift” awkwardness, and I guess just doesn’t break eye contact when it’s your time to talk to her. I mean she grabbed my hand and smiled at me at the Rep tour and for that half a second it felt like we were the only two in Gillette lol

I think she is what we see, but yes she and her team are also a powerhouse of PR which is why it’s so baffling when she does something out of the norm and it gets blown up 1000x.

Just for clarity, I don't think she's a bad person. I do believe she is by and large a nice and friendly person. However, I do agree with this more...

She figured out early on that when you're nice to your fans it goes a long way. This has built up a lot of goodwill for her.
