'98 Grand Cherokee got me through all 5-6 years () of college with no issues. Had maybe 140k miles when I sold it.

Two of our sales guys have new F-150s and they're sweet. I wouldn't buy one myself because of the gas mileage and just too big, but really nice to ride in.

Had a weird thing happen to me today. I’m on my phone so can’t give the entire story but the host is that some, presumabley, off duty cop in a pickup truck pulled into a gas station behind me and ran my plates as I went to pay for gas. At first I didn’t understand what he was doing. It was so weird because I thought he was just going to wait behind me to pump his gas. The station was busy but there was one other pump open, so was going to tell him that a pump was open so he didn’t have to wait. That’s when. I saw him talking into a radio. I go in and pay and come back out and he moves from behind me to the edge of the gas station property. He finally left, without pumping gas but I was like WTF?

The store I work for squeezes its own OJ, daily. People rave on how good it is and its so simple to make they could make it at home. Not sure what type of oranges we use, but they get squeezed and poured into containers.

You/your vehicle probably fit the description of something. This has happened to me twice... once while driving my truck and another time when I was on a bicycle. But both times the cop at least told me what was going on

That makes sense. Yeah, had the guy talked to me I probably wouldn't have been irritated at all. I just so happened to have my title in the car, so had he asked me about the Jeep, I could have showed him all kinds of documentation

Making plans with people. When you have plans hang out sometime today don't take like 2 hours to respond with a time. Because then I'm going to assume you are too busy to hang out or don't want to hang out. So I'm going to text other people to see if they want to hang out. Then finally this person text me back with a time and now I have plans with other people.

gyms cause a lot of irritation, we could create an entire thread about that. today, 3 things bothered me; one is unique to today and two are archetypal

1) a guy was in the shower having a whole conversation on the phone. he was talking someone through an entire multiple choice test, Old School style. wtf?

2) the guy who smells like an ashtray, and makes an entire 10 foot radius around him smell like an ashtray. nobody wants to smell that ever, much less at the gym.

3) the guy who does a set on whatever exercise he's doing, then gets up and does a slllloooowww meandering circle walk around the area he's exercising in. you're in everyone's way!

how about the guys that literally do like 20 sets of something at the same machine? the people at the fly cables and the bench press are usually the worst perpetrators of this. I'll have cycled through 5-6 machines and I'll look over and the same dude is doing the same exercise still - not even changing the height of the cables or switching something up - literally doing the same exact thing. like buddy, you're not helping yourself doing things this way.

then you have the pandemic of people constantly using horrible technique. there's this one guy I see all the time that uses the curl bar (with wayyy too much weight) and literally swings his entire body back and forth to get the rep. it's like dude, that is not helping you at all.
