man I could talk for days about gym irritants.
how about the guys that literally do like 20 sets of something at the same machine? the people at the fly cables and the bench press are usually the worst perpetrators of this. I'll have cycled through 5-6 machines and I'll look over and the same dude is doing the same exercise still - not even changing the height of the cables or switching something up - literally doing the same exact thing. like buddy, you're not helping yourself doing things this way.
then you have the pandemic of people constantly using horrible technique. there's this one guy I see all the time that uses the curl bar (with wayyy too much weight) and literally swings his entire body back and forth to get the rep. it's like dude, that is not helping you at all.
