I'd honestly love to see one of the better Two Sets shows on one of these Wednesdays. The slower pace of the vibe from the acoustic set and the great sound from this stream (assuming it holds up across the next streams) would be great to hear from the comfort of the couch.

I did! I've actually seen JTR, 3 or 4 times. Just a very feel good song..especially when you're drenched.

My brother's sole source of income is playing live music. I know he misses it. He's done a few live streams and has made a decent chunk of change each time. Even had a law firm who are fans of his pay him for a private zoom gig.

Was at that one, good show. Also at 8/31/14 and remember the solo Watchtower opener, BOWA main set opener and Stone encore and was floored. Only bad thing was leaving the weekend on Shake Me.

Of the 3 JTR's I've seen, two were back to back, like a week apart. And the second one opened.

It was awesome, but at the same time, fuck I wish they were more spread out!

It's definitely tough for a lot of musicians, I'm an "essential" employee and have been working the regular amount but most of my social group are all music full time and in the same situation. It's a huge part of my life though, still taking weekly vocal lessons through Zoom which helps mentally as much as anything else. That's awesome your brother has been able to get at least some money in alternative ways.
