Registered Independent actually this weekend when I finally got a new license after changing states

So, yup! I'm socially liberal, fiscally moderate-to-lean-left. Voted for R's and D's in '16. Felt no need to be a member of either party. Don't want to be in the party of Trump, have no real desire to be in the party that's trending towards being a bunch of Bernie Bros.

Yeah, if I didn't move to a new state, I wouldn't have taken the time to change (although, now that I think about it, I think I was actually registered I in Michigan too, maybe haven't been a registered Dem since I lived in Tennessee).

Good to see both parties seeing a decline, though the GOP is certainly more pronounced, and probably more deserved given they're the majority party.
