Elite Traders/Super Rare Studio Outtakes..

Howdy....I think this might be my first post, so forgive me if I sound like an idiot....but I was reading the Machead article Jake wrote and it's very informative. He mentions something about elite traders with rare stuff, and I was hoping you guys could help me understand this a little more. Jake mentions that he has an Under The Table and Dreaming Demo, how would anybody get a hold of a studio demo like that? Somebody in the music business is releasing this stuff to fans? Is it leaking out kinda like the lillywhite sessions did? Just like Machead, how did somebody get their hands on that for Jake to hear? I guess I'm just nieve.
