Look at the Bonus Disks and or Warehouse disks. You can only get them legally through the Warehouse or by Purchasing the releases from Music Today. If I start asking for people to share those disks I would be shunned. I look at this situation the same.

Joining the band's official fanclub, which provides multiple exclusive releases, makes far more sense than purchasing $50 of t-shirts and stickers for a vineyard I've never been to, just to hear 3 professionally mixed, nothing special tracks.
Again, I get supporting the band, but we're all playing for the same team here at the end of the day. If you're morally against it, then go put your 3 track CD on loop in your car and rock out
