Looking forward to live shows this summer. As much as I don't like the wall of sound that DMB 4.0 creates, I do thoroughly enjoy seeing this band live. Listening to the 2018 shows to prepare myself for that large sound.

Everyday. The album's really not that bad. Except for track 1

Come Tomorrow. Lately I've been cycling through the last three albums listening to the later era sound. I've always dug the Buddy iteration cause he joined right when I started seeing them live again after five or so years away, and oddly enough, CT is sort of nostalgic for me now.

This thread is a great reminder that while everyone loves the "big 3", the reality is that people still really dig into the later era catalogue of this band, and enjoy it.

I know this thread is probably meant for studio albums, but I recently got a month trial on nugs.net and am listening to the 2019 live shows to prep for the tour!

I've also revisited AFTW and that's a pretty good album as well. It's much more interesting musically than Come Tomorrow. Broken Things and Belly Belly Nice was a fantastic start to that album and Snow Outside is one of the best songs Dave has written. Snow Outside, Black and Blue Bird, Again and Again (Live) and Bismarck is the kind of sounds I like hearing from Jeff with DMB.

I read this article recently, and it's got me really appreciating Busted Stuff lately. Even though Steve Lillywhite didn't produce the final album, Steve Harris was the second best option seeing that he was the engineer (think Rob Evans) for the Lillywhite Sessions.

Also, side note: Does anyone know where this info came from about JTR/Sweet Up and Down/Monkey Man being recorded for SH's Busted Stuff?
