Well, those things, if successful, would grant him a new trial. It wouldn't get a reversal. For that, you'd have to find a misapplication of the law.

Seriously, how can you believe the other shady characters that guns were involved?

The whole fucking incident was on tape and no one in the audio recordings ever says anything about a gun. Wouldn't the victims say "put the gun away man!" or something if there was one?
