I mean, I can look at it from a unbiased point of view and notice that our RPI was not good this year (due to playing an only conference season) but goodness. This team is a top 16 team, or at least playing like one down the stretch.

I'll be happy no matter the outcome tomorrow because the future is bright for this program.

I was watching that one waiting for Texas to start. Some epic mullets on that S. Alabama team.

I went to the first two Texas games in person. Man it felt good to be back at the Disch. They bumped the start of tonight's game back to 8pm, and that was just too late for Allison with her 7am start time at work tomorrow, so we watched it on TV. Turned out for the best, as it was a total snooze of a game and it lasted four fucking hours.

I don't know if you noticed but during the walk off home run the ball was traveling towards the ODU bullpen and an reliever slammed the ball towards the ground as it landed.

The ODU reliever who gave up the tying run on the two wild pitches is from here. Felt terrible for the kid. That's gotta be such a shitty feeling as an athlete. He had a tremendous season too being named to the Conference USA All-Freshman team.

Texas puts up two pathetic outs in the bottom of the 9th then hits a routine grounder to short that should have sent it to extras. Shortstop booted it. Next pitch, walk-off base hit over the center fielder that scored the runner from first.
Incredible.
South Florida outfielder was playing waaaaaay too shallow with the runner being on first. Bad coaching to not signal him to move back. Base hit that stays in front of him doesn't score the run from first and if he's playing back that hit was an out.
Can't give Texas free passes.
