You will be totally fine there. That's only 10 seats off the center aisle.

Right now they will show up at platinum price. Closer to the shows there will be face value drops

Looks like more tickets released on TM. I just got a N1 Pit for $150 (without fees). Although it's higher than the $115 face standard, it's still better than the $250 charged for premium a few days ago...

For those that have done the pit at Alpine - I don't give a shit about being super close, but I also don't wanna be far to the side. Can I roll up at like 8-8:15 and have a decent spot in the back-middle?

Based on the past, yes you can. The alpine pit is huge and if you go to the back there is typically space, even in the middle. However, they could always sell more pits than they have in the past so you never know for certain but most likely.

Also there are pits on TM right now which are "Platinum". Believe Friday was like $150 before fees and Saturday $170 before fees. So essentially like $40-$60 more than you would typically pay for face/fees. Not a bad deal in my opinion to be able to lock in pits in advance of the shows. Not doable for everyone but with Alpine being my only shows this summer, grabbed a pair of pits for both nights!

Yes, shouldn't be an issue. I was a little left-center and towards the back in 2016 and had plenty of room. Wouldn't say I was dead center, but certainly not far off to the side.

Cool, helpful. I'd rather be back there and then have easier access to bathrooms/beers during the inevitable piss break songs.

Last question - do you all remember if it's slopped? My girlfriend isn't short (5'7") but don't want her to have a shitty view either.

Towards the back and just off center is where I hang out and it can't be beat. Very easy access in and out for beer and piss.

From what I remember very little or no slope in the pit

No slope at all. The 100 level was all flat ground and 200 level is sloped. The 100 level is all the pit now so unless they did something to it, all flat.

That's what I thought, just wanted to make sure with you guys. It's been a while since I've been down in the pit/100 level. Have been 202 the last 4-5 times they've played Alpine.
