So odd to go all 2018 when they also have the Chatlotte show coming too. This disc isnt exciting at all.

I’m actually looking forward to the Warehouse 2019 Warm-Up 7/24/18 release. This, not so much.

i'll take an official lover lay down every single day of the week. Not complaining on that one.

As much as I like 2018... They should have mixed the years up more.

since they choose to release all 2018..... Bartender, Typical, Raven, and JTR should have been chosen. I would say Seek Up too but people hate it now. At least they got Hello Again on the disk tho. HA was pretty fun last year.

Bartender is pretty fucking awesome this tour. IDGAF who was playing the penny whistle and who was playing the keys. Man, it sounded like the old days.

Hello Again and YMDT from DTE are solid versions of those songs. Buddy was great on Hello Again that night. I don’t remember anything special about OSW, other than that it was the first time that Dave opened with something other than a CT song on the summer tour.

DTE should have been a strong candidate for LT46, so it’s nice to see it getting some love on bonus discs.

Full setlist from that night: http://www.dmbalmanac.com/TourShowSe...156&where=2018

Yeah, I’m thinking that one and the Bend shows were in contention for LT 46

DTE was a good show. every show played in 2018 should have been as good as that show at least. Most shows sets were not even close to as good. Basically, this should be standard, yet its top notch for 2018 setlist wise.

She, Minarets, Hello Again, #27 and Lover Lay Down are all good to see. But that should leave 5 more tracks for 90s/2000s.

Haven't, for one single moment, regretted letting mine lapse a couple years ago. My only regret is that I didn't do it 14 years ago.

Welp they clearly picked all of the tracks from 2018 to avoid having Boyd on the disc.... but my god they could have picked some better songs from the tour.

They probably just did it because they loved the year. Whatever. as with the sets, the song selections overall suck. Ignoring all other years to me is stupid too. Especially the golden years

Did you even look at WH 8 Vol 6? People were also irate when that tracklist came out. Only good song choice on that is Say Goodbye. This one at least has Hello Again, One Sweet, #27, Minarets and Lover Lay Down.

I was there too, and as I said in another thread, there's nothing unique about any of the songs they have selected. Not that they're bad versions or anything, just incredibly standard. Between this disc and the 2018 Encore Trax disc, they have now released 1/3rd of the Bend show!

Is that the one from the '09 package? If so, that's the only I ever got for my one year in the Warehouse and it's god awful.

That is indeed the one! And they included those Gorge performances where Dave's voice was absolutely destroyed.

Primary complaint is only 1 year and lack of venue variance, right? if it looked like this it would be improved a bit, no?

    Hello Again - Gorge 2004
    She - Bend 2018
One Sweet World - Tacoma 1998
Minarets - Star Lake 2014 (acoustic set - return of the scat intro)
    #27 - MSG 2009
Old Dirt Hill - Deer Creek 2015 (acoustic set)
You Might Die Trying - D&T Chicago 2017
    -------------
Lover Lay Down - Charlotte 2010 (Branford Marsalis)
    Why I Am - D&T Mann 2017
    Everyday - D&T Mann 2017
