Hopefully he can work through whatever he's having problems with. Not that he hasnt already had a big career but its been getting even bigger the past few years. He's about to get a $50 million payday that alone would be enough to get me to just go put some shows together, lol. Plus Chapelle Show has been one of my fav shows on TV the past two years. I'm still waiting for the Season 2 DVD!!!

That's the thing though. Now he's under huge pressure to keep the viewers and the network happy. It can't be easy to write comedy under those conditions.

funny and true. what's so distressing about being paid 50 million to make fun of white people on tv? you can find people in any major city willing to do that for free.

My roommate is REALLY funny. Everytime i introduce him to someone new they always tell me later "He's such a funny guy!" or something like that. And despite what he might think I know he's insane. In fact his insanity might be the source of his funniness!

If you try to ignore the fact that 95% of his jokes have something to do with race it can be pretty funny. The show is entertaining, but the racial card gets kind of old.

I get that a lot as well. Either "you're such a funny guy" or "you're such a nice guy". i can prolly say i'm not the most sane person, i know that.
