All this talk about Glenn. No one has mentioned...what's up with ricks hand? its almost like he doesn't know if he cut it on the broken knife, or it's a bite...and when's he's in the RV and he's looking at his hand, he grabs his walkie almost like he was going to mention, " hey look, I might be wrong, but I could have been bit." Then the dudes came to ambush him..idk I know he loses his hand in the comics. Kinda surprised no one mentioned this

Yeah, but it also feels like he doesn't really have the time or the tools to do that at that time. He's got too much shit to do, bleeding to death and running around with one hand might make it more difficult

Well he had a machete on him, so he could have used that to chop it off. The bleeding part makes sense, but he has a better chance of surviving that than he does the infection.

Yes, we surely would.

But if that's what they do, I just don't get it. This season has been pedal to the metal so far. What on Earth would be the point of throwing a fakeout like that into the mix? Certainly not for just one week's worth of cliffhanger, as cutting away after the suicide with Glenn on top of the dumpster would have accomplished that, while still allowing the possibility of a less fucktarded escape.

I think the goal is just to reinforce that everyone, including Glenn and Rick, are vulnerable. That's just a guess, but I'm sure they'll start killing off the main people eventually. I just don't buy that as his death scene.

His actually dying would reinforce that everyone is vulnerable. His miraculously escaping from absolute certain death would do the opposite.

As savvy as we've seen Glen, from hour one, with the walkers, something about him falling off a dumpster and getting eaten just doesn't sit right with me.

I think if Glen is going to die unceremoniously, it should be at the hands of humans, and not walkers.

That being the case, I think the sound of the gun shots Rick fires at the Wolves while in the RV distract the Walkers which give Glenn enough time to escape. I hope anyway..."

That's pretty weak. It might distract some of the ones on the outer edge of the walker pile, but I don't see the ones actively eating stopping because of distant gunshots. Also they have a loud noise to follow right in front of them with Glen screaming.

Why doesn't the group put a bullet in the head of a friend whos being eaten alive?

It happened a couple times this episode, they just stand and watch their friend screaming for a few seconds while being torn apart. Put them out of their misery with a bullet...

The taller white dude with the wife, they couldve easily shot him through the fence. The chick with the ankle who fell when running out of the pet store.

I wondered this too. I think I literally shouted at my tv, "Put them out of their misery already!". I don't understand why they still stand around and seem to be dumbfounded by what's happening.
