They are due to bring this back, IMO.

certainly a part of it too, but if they really mixed it up a lot and continued to use their entire catalog while doing it, the odds would be lower that you never saw a song again after your first show.

I've only seen 12 shows and all of the songs I heard at my first one (JazzFest 2013) have been repeated.

First show was 7/15/01. Angel with the Lovely Ladies and Ain't It Funny How Time Slips Away were both played and in 59 shows I haven't seen either one again since. Wouldn't mind seeing Ain't It Funny again... I hope Angel never comes back. Song is a turd.

Edit - How does Ants Tour Stats determine rarity? How did it come up with LIOG being the rarest song at that show? Angel has only been played 42 times ever and hasn't been played since 2003. LIOG is active with 807 plays...

True, but sometimes songs can be in rotation or partial rotation and just miss certain people or venues. BOWA, for example hasn't been played in Georgia since the 90's but it's played pretty frequently especially in years past. So if you are a GA fan who doesn't travel you would have never seen it.

yeah, theres absolutely a bunch of different factors that would play into this. But most people here do or have traveled to shows so I think thats a little more minimized from the users on here.

I think it's calculated based on rarity at the time; something like number of times played divided by number of opportunities for it to be played or something similar.

No, if I count my first full band show in '98 (my first ever show was Dave & Tim).

Yes, if I count the Dave & Tim show in '97, it would be Let You Down.

    VA Beach 7.23.04...

Joyride, Crazy Easy, Sugar Will, didn't see Hello Again again until DTE last year.

Also, Drive In Drive Out was on the hard setlist but was only teased, and I have still yet to see it fully played.

If you count the Heartbeat Intro to PNP, yes.

August 3, 1999 - Finger Lakes Performing Arts Center (Now CMAC)

Also, amazing that I've seen a full #40 more than once!

Great song, but not upset I’ve only seen it once. Cool to relive that version on YT. The Carter/Dave interaction after the Norwegian Wood lyrics is pretty funny.

Nothing from my first show. It was an amazing set, but nothing particularly rare:

    http://dmbalmanac.com/TourShowSet.as...=13&where=2000

I think the most unique thing about that show was that there wasn't single song from BTCS played.

In 72 shows, there are a handful I've seen only once:

    STDH
    Mother Father
    Busted Stuff
    Everybody Wake Up
    Belly Full
    ADSR
    Blackjack
    Little Thing
    What Will Become of Me
    Falling Off The Roof
    Kill The King
    Plastic Girl

mansfield jam before it became kill the preacher officially.

the stone was a great opener but i’ve gotten it twice more since then, one acoustic and one full band.

the show in whole was rather underwhelming though.
