My man! It's the best part of the meal, and a wonder it's really only had a couple times a year. The only rule is no mushrooms. Barf.
I run the cs department of a primarily American company so I always get tomorrow off. I make a point of cooking a big meal for my wife and son. This year is turkey, squash, green beans with almond and of course, dressing (I never actually stuff the bird). I might make some rolls too if there is time.
I've already roasted some turkey backs and veg and used that for the stock that is currently simmering away. This will get turned into gravy and be used for the dressing.
