On paper this set looks amazing, but watching the scope, the whole show was pretty sloppy to be honest. There were definitely highlights, but I'm not sure even one song was played flawlessly.

D&T end shows with quiet songs a lot, I don't mind the song choice at all. I'm not going to complain about them doing something unexpected.

Not a huge Mercy fan, but I thought this version sounded great. I honestly don't mind the mellow ending. Not all shows have to be the same.

He just played it last week, hasn't played it for years before that, the sentiment is a great way to end a 3 night run, they close with watchtower all the time, I'm not seeing any issue at all. Ending night 3 with the lyric: "if I could be wasting my time with you" is pretty cool , I think.

Again, I think the setlist on paper was as good as it gets, my issue is the execution.

True, I'm just not a fan in general of closing with covers but if there was one to close with, this or watchtower aren't bad options.
